This company I hired was the best and in time and one day they knock out my whole roof with sheet decking's replacement. They did an excellent job and cleaning after them and Max Rivera the project manager was an awesome person to deal with and excellent communication with him about anything and answering my questions. So I recommend for everyone wants a new roof.

I called Roof-Smith and explained the issue with my roof and an appointment was scheduled for the next business day for Tom K. to do an inspection. Tom arrived as promised, assessed the problem and was able to make the repair at that time (replaced the boot on the plumbing vent stack). He also inspected the entire roof detailing a few potential trouble spots.

No pressure to sell me any further repairs/replacement. Just wanted to point out potential issues down the road. When the time for replacement comes I'll definitely contact Roof-Smith.

Nick and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped us fight for months with our insurance who wouldn't listen. I recently had my roof replaced by Roofsmith. I worked with Max and highly recommend Max if you need someone to come check our your roof and help you through the process of getting your roof replaced. My insurance sent out a third party inspector who did not do a thorough inspection and Max helped me through the process of the appeal with my insurance, including educating me so that I could talk to my insurance in language they would understand.

Once the insurance claim was approved, I was kept updated on their scheduling and provided sufficient notice when the roof was going to be installed. The installation team was professional, did a good job with protecting the siding and plants, and did a good job with cleanup. My new roof looks great! Overall, I highly recommend Roofsmith Restoration for roof replacement.

Max and his team at Roofsmith had Outstanding communication from the start to the finish of this entire project. I highly recommend Roofsmith if you're looking for a roof replacement, Storm damage, or a simple repair. Roofsmith worked with us in the storm damage and pointed out the true issue of shingle damage during a storm. Max didn't stop with a simple explanation, he showed me pictures of what he found and the variation of good to bad shingles.

When the insurance company gave a rebuttal-Max worked with them to ensure they understood what was needed. Once we signed with Roofsmith we received outstanding communication via email, text and voice. The team made sure we knew when the crew would be on site, what was needed from us and them. Kelly and her team did a wonderful job on my roof replacement. Kelly was professional and answered all of our questions and gave us a detailed explanation of the work to be done. The roofing team was phenomenal! They were super quick and courteous and even with wet weather, had it done in two days. The clean-up was thorough and a team member came out days later to inspect the work and clean-up and make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend the Roofsmith team!

WOW! Roofsmith Restoration did a fabulous job on our roof. I originally worked with Kellie. She could not have been more kind and helpful. True professional. Answered all our questions and always available and kept us informed throughout process. The roofers themselves very hard working, little down time, stopped for only 1/2 hour to eat lunch, stayed late into the day to complete. Cleaned up promptly, came back several days to ensure no nails were left in lawn or flower beds.

A week or so after roof completed additional staff came to inspect the job make sure nothing missed and address any concerns. From the onset of the job until completion everyone kind friendly professionals! Could not be happier with outcome! Exceeded our expectations! Roof looks beautiful!

Charlie came out to our house and inspected our roof and was extremely honest and professional with us. He presented us the storm damage that he had found on our roof and walked us through the entire process. Our entire roof got covered by our insurance carrier!
