Phillip and Javier and their crew were a pleasure to work with on our backyard project. Phil was immediately responsive when I first contacted them and communicated with us frequently throughout the entire project. Their work was completed in a timely manner and the results look exactly how we had discussed. They were a very professional and hard working group. Having recently gone through a remodel project with a different contractor, and still continuing to receive no follow up from them on some uncompleted work, we found in comparison that working with Phil and Javier before, during and after the project was very professional, timely, quality work, and greatly appreciated. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them. We will definitely use them in the future.

Jerod is always easy to work with. Javier and his crew painted the interior of my home and did some sheetrock repair. They were always on time and reliable. We hired 918 to assist with some items at our home that needed attention prior to listing it for sale. Jerod Hicks came out to see what needed to be done, within a a few days he provided me with an estimate. Jerod & his work crew were great to work with. We had items inside as well as outside that needed repair and paint. I would definitely hire them again.

I **highly** recommend the services of 918 Construction. Please be tolerant and forgive the length of this review as I offer context for my recommendation. I have an older home that needed a repair that required an engineering consult and a building professional willing to invest the necessary care to do the work. My gangster insurance company had denied my claim.

A roofer made a video without my consent in an effort to up sell additional services which undermined my ability to secure legal representation to litigate my claim - even though a roofing expert verified damage to my roof resulted from wind and hail. Several contractors refused the job. Another literally said, "we can do the job, but I can't write a bid because I don't know how to make the repair." Another complained when he arrived two hours late after ignoring a prior appointment only to find someone else bidding on the job.

Aside from the insurance issues, finding a reliable, competent contractor to do my job was a problem. It was at this point that 918 Construction was recommended to me by a lawyer who litigates building and construction claims. Over the next several months 918 Construction performed the necessary repair as well as additional, extensive work on my home.

That work included: tearing off the roof, installing a new deck and roof, supplementing venting in the attic, adding vertical and horizontal attic supports, replacing the guttering, adding attic insulation, installing outdoor lighting, tearing out and replacing both a pergola and a deck, levelling a storage barn which also needed paint after the repair of small areas of wood rot, and installing a bit of landscaping around the newly reconstructed deck. 918 Construction documented damage and repairs and suggested that I pursue other insurance claims.

As a result, I was able to secure compensation from my insurance company under the code compliance provision of my policy for the labor and materials required to place new decking on the roof. Having had 918 Construction do extensive work over several months I have made the following observations: (1) Jerod and his crews kept their schedule and communicated if they were not able to do so.

They had weather delays which I anticipated with outdoor work. There also were some delays due to material shortages. (2) After roof removal and the tear down and removal of two outdoor structures, I can say that the 918 Construction crews do an excellent clean-up job. My home has a rear entry garage and I have had ample opportunity to pick up various left behind nails, screws, and roofing staples in my tires.

That hasn't happened. Nor has it been an issue while working and re-doing landscape bedding areas. (3) While material prices have been high due to shortages, I found pricing to be competitive and reasonable. (4) There was an item that was included in our contract but inadvertently omitted from the pricing calculations for the job. While I was willing to amend the contract to include the cost, Jerod refused to do so and honored the initial agreement.

Others would have chosen differently. The sacrifice of real dollars speaks to practical day to day integrity. (5) With material shortages, some of the available materials have not been the same quality as in previous years. Two boards on my deck were damaged in the first few weeks as they cured. Upon being made aware of the situation, they were quickly replaced - an indication that 918 Construction stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

I am not a building professional and have had a rather substantial learning curve while having this work completed. No doubt, some of my questions, comments, and expectations revealed my ignorance. Even so, I was always treated with respect, my concerns were addressed, and I never felt like I was being dismissed or that there was an effort to dumb things down to my admitted level of ignorance. I am delighted with the work 918 Construction has completed for me. I have no hesitation recommending their services. Thank you for reading this to the end.

I needed a French drain system for backyard flooding. The team at 918Construction did a great job and solved my problems. They had a large crew and worked under some tough conditions such as the existing mud and hot, humid weather. The system is functional and the yard was left in good shape for the grass to grow back. I am very pleased with their work and would use them again for any of their other services.

918 Construction added a sunroom onto our house and replaced the majority of our recalled siding. We are very happy with their work. Phil was responsive and available for questions and concerns. David was great at making sure we were happy every step of the way, and Matt ran a great crew. Would definitely recommend them.

Our tile roof had recent ice dam damage in a difficult location surrounding an interior chimney. Leaks around this chimney had caused ceiling damage to an adjoining interior office to the chimney. When leaks started appearing, I called Phil and he promptly sent someone to inspect the damage. Upon further review, it appeared that the entire flashing assembly surrounding the chimney had been affected and had pictures to support their findings.

Subsequent rains to the repair have been leak free. His team also repaired the drywall damage from the leaks. Could not have been happier with the work and would recommend 918 construction to others who might need similar repairs.

Phil is incredible. He gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision about fixes and repairs for your home. He was willing to walk with me through my home and answer questions about other little issues caused by this snowstorm. Last year he did some fantastic roof repair for me and took another look to make sure it is still holding up to the snow. The owner, sales manager and salesman took a genuine interest in helping us during every phase of our roof hail damage insurance claim and full replacement of all shingles. They took photos of our house, showed us different colors of shingles and advised us of the best grade and color of shingles to install. They were patient and very thorough in answering all of our questions. They kept every commitment, exceeded our expectations and completed shingling our entire roof in one day. We certainly recommend them to everyone.
