This company was great to work with, the people were very friendly, not pushy at all, walked me through the entire process and made sure they were available to me should I need them for anything. They were here within a week of the initial quote, the crew came right on time, they were efficient, and the job was done beautifully in less than 6 hours. My new roof looks amazing!

Amazing job! Great communication with management team. Hard workers. Hired them for new roof and siding. They were not the cheapest, but use great quality products and stand behind their work. I had a few minor issues and they came out right away to resolve. I would hire again and might do so for doors.

Right from the start, it was a great experience. We called to get a quote for our roof and Tom came out 2 days later. He was professional, informative and most importantly HONEST. I compared the quote with 2 others I had received (which were by the way, much more difficult and annoying to deal with) and we selected Major Home Improvement. We scheduled it to be done just a few weeks later.

Material arrived, the crew showed up on time and worked so hard. Upon completion, we walked the whole house with Danis, the crew leader and could not find a single nail or piece of scrap material. I am so happy with the price, the service and the quality of work that I will definitely call them for my next project. Maybe windows next year? Thank you Tom and Major Home Improvement.

It's hard to even know where to start this review. Literally every single thing about working with this company was exemplary. I am blown away by their customer service and true kindness, not to mention the fact that the actual work done was top notch quality. Our roof was leaking in two different places - we needed new chimney flashing and a new boot to be installed around a 4-inch PVC pipe that vents from the upstairs bathroom.

From the moment I called to make an appointment over the phone, to the initial assessment and home visit from Tom, through the work being done, and all the way to the final moment when Danis and his team finished up, it was so easy to communicate with everyone. Tom even followed up with me after the work was completed, just to check in and make sure they didn't miss anything.

This company either hires people who are already incredible humans, or they must train them to be incredible humans. Either way, it was a lovely experience to have this roof work done, which is definitely surprising and certainly not something I would have expected could be possible. I feel so lucky to have come across Major Home Improvements, LLC and I honestly could go on and on about my experience.

But I will end with this -- if you're looking for some help with a roof project and you value efficiency, fair prices, and genuine human connection, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Wow! Tom was great. Super personable and very genuine. He went through the whole process with me and explained everything. The Pricing was spot on. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the debris as they went along and then did a focused clean up. The guys were finished in a timely manner. and my roof looks great! If you need your roof done, they are definitely the guys to reach out to.

We had a damaged roof on our queen Anne style home and need to replace it. We have a round turret that is very unique and the first thing you see driving up the street. We searched locally for all kinds of roofers and contracts and everyone turned us down because it was a tough job and not many people have ever seen this type of roof let alone worked on one.

When we contacted major home improvements they called us back within an hour and made an appointment to give us a quote. We were so exited that not only Vasilie had accepted this incredibly tough job but it was extremely affordable. We couldn't be happier. We were a few hours away and Vasilie and his crew traveled here just to help us out, we were honestly amazed after being turned down so much I have never experienced such good genuine customer care before.

So within 2 weeks of our quote the material and the crew were here and the crew was amazing they came in and had it demoed in an hour and basically finished in one day. the crew was very nice, genuine and very considerate. Vasilie had also traveled multiple times just to make sure we were satisfied. A couple guys came back a second day just to touch things up and make sure it was perfect!

They kept things clean and my home looks amazing. Major home improvements did what nobody else could, and my family and neighbors are extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this company I will be calling them for more improvements.

I called Major Home Improvements when I found evidence of ice dams leaking into the attic. During his initial visit and throughout the proposal process, owner Vasilie Kukharchuk walked me through all the details and offered many suggestions on a variety of different topics (e.g. ice & water blocking materials, types of shingles, ridge vents vs gables, warranties).

He never pushed any particular solution, only looking to make sure I understood my options and received the products & services most appropriate. After settling on a fair price, the materials arrived the day before and I discovered that some were even better quality than what we had selected! The team of workers arrived at 7am and went non-stop until mid-afternoon, with Vasilie checking in several times to be sure all was going to my satisfaction.

After finishing, the crew spent a lot of time cleaning up and collecting all discarded scraps & nails. The roof looks great and I would recommend Major Home Improvements to anyone looking for a fair & honest roof repair company.
