Darryl and his crew did a great job replacing my old cedar shake roof in the summer of 2011. We're very satisfied with the results. He did the work when he said he would for a price much below his competition. He came back today to clean the roof and gutters and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'll be certain to use him again for this service.

Darryl personally took care of our roof and gutters in November 2012, and we were thoroughly impressed. He went above and beyond the stated service, pressure washing our driveway and deck, and it looks fantastic. He was prompt, professional, helpful, friendly - a perfect contractor/vendor. We are delighted and will absolutely use his company again - one of the best contractors we've dealt with in ages!

I've used Darryl multiple times over the last 15+ years and they always go the extra mile with great results! Small repairs and all included with his services so he is a true one-stop shop for roofing/gutters/siding and all!

Darryl has been cleaning my roof and gutters for the last 3 years. He has never been late and done a very satisfactory job all three times. If you need a suited booted white collar guy that talks to you in a certain way that makes you feel important, has an office with assistant who returns your internet quotes within 30 minutes, look somewhere else.

He is probably standing on a roof, cleaning it, give him some time to respond. With that being said he is very presentable, honest guy who also fixed a roof leak at a very honest pricing. Will recommend him to anyone who needs roofing services.

Trying to be completely objective here, it is hard to accurately assess the quality of Darryl's work over others because I have nothing to compare it to. The good: Making an appointment was easy, he showed up on time, my roof looked great, and he was very easy to talk to. The bad, the quote he gave me over the phone changed when we met and I paid nearly $ 200.00 more than the original estimate (about a 50 % mark-up) for reasons associated with architectural design.

But my biggest complaint was that when I asked for a formal receipt for tax purposes, he could not provide one, He offered to email me the receipt later but no, several months later and after numerous emails and phone calls, I still have not gotten one.

Darryl Moss cleaned my asphalt driveway and concrete sidewalk. He actually did it a day before scheduled! The work was complete and good quality. I was concerned the moss would destroy my relatively new driveway. Now I figure I have added years to it's life. When I need to have it done again, I will call Darryl Moss!

Had a wonderful experience with Darryl. He had great communication and answered my calls right away every time. I had a roof issue; he came out and looked at it the same day and had the problem solved by the next. I can't explain other people's negative reviews; maybe they just had unrealistic expectations from online deals and wanted something for nothing. Darryl did fantastic work for us, and we would absolutely use him again. Can't recommend enough.

The best review I can give. I bought an amazon groupon and figured extra charges after he got here, as I wanted my roof checked out for any needed repairs etc. Darryl said roof was in fine shape, no extras needed. Blew off debris, put moss killer on and was a very professional man, offering a couple of hints for moss deterent. I will definitely be calling him in the fall for another moss treatment. Noooo, I am not related, he just did a great job! He did clean up the blown off debris off my porch and walkway also.

The father and son team at Darryl Moss Roof Care did a great job on our house. They arrived promptly, took care for house, yard and garden to ensure all what kept as they found it. They went above and beyond in our expectations. We will definitely be using them again.

Had work done recently from an Amazon Local deal. No up-charges at all and Darryl made my roof look brand new. He actually installed a few rain guards around ALL of my gutter edges. Great guy, would recommend. No idea where all the bad reviews came from but wasn't my experience at all.

Had Darryl Moss clean our tile roof, driveway and sidewalks. Did a very nice job and cleanup. Had him return to replace a "B Vent" for our furnace and Darryl did a great job. I highly recommend Darryl Moss. One caveat is Darryl could work on customer communication. He stays busy, but needs to respond to customers in better fashion

The proprietor and his operation do seem to be short on a few of the fundamentals. I too had some scheduling problems (I chose a service-date as directed under his website's 'voucher' link - then received a date selected by the company/owner himself scheduled for several days after my preferred date had already passed). I then called to ask for further info and left a message that wasn't returned.

A subsequent call shortly before the pending date got through and the gentleman was kind enough to permit me to switch a 'roof job' voucher for the same-priced 'driveway job' voucher that appeared about the same time (with a bit of grumbling). The most important part however - the actual task performed - was thorough and complete (moss/lichen invasion completely wiped out, driveway and walkways scrubbed clean!) so I'm able to overlook a few kinks in the process. Now, if D.M. puts a little effort into the administrative and interpersonal aspects of his business, he may have the makings of an entirely viable enterprise.

Darryl did a great job on our roof. I originally bought an Amazon Local coupon for a gutter cleaning and there was so much moss on my roof I went ahead and had him clean the whole thing. My roof is spotless and he even cleaned my skylights and the sides of the house. He moved everything away from the house and put it all back when he was done. He even gave us some tips on keeping the roof as moss free as possible. I will most definitely use his services again.

Just had our roof cleaned today by Darryl and his son. I think they did an excellent job. We put a new roof on about 6 years ago and it already had a big build up of moss on it. The machine they use is like a giant floor scrubber with low pressure and chemicals and it did an excellent job of taking off the moss and not the sand/pebbles on the asphalt shingles. They cleaned up afterwards very nicely and removed the moss from our cement driveway also! If you need your roof cleaned, give Darryl a call! He will do a good job for YOU!

After seeing the roof replacement Darryl provided a neighbor I got his number. The estimate process was thorough, the price was reasonable & the crew was professional, detailed & the job was cleaned up properly. Great job & I had the nicest looking roof in the neighborhood!

Very happy Customer! I have used Darryl Moss several times now and I keep them in my contact list! I have several properties that they have done work for me on. With all of the trees around one of my properties, I find myself having to clean the roof and gutters once or twice a year. Getting tired of doing this myself, I was very thankful to stumble upon Darryl Moss! I appreciate that they do not overprice and most importantly they do great work! I am very happy with their personable customer service and detailed work!

I used a Groupon for gutter cleaning and moss treatment in Nov. Then I realized I have a Living Social voucher for the same company expiring Feb 1st! Darryl agreed to apply the credit, along with a discount to roof cleaning and even agreed to pressure wash my driveway for free! On a chilly Saturday, he spent 3.5 hours cleaning my roof and driveway, and siding, and gutter again, and blew the leaves. Not to mention carefully avoided damaging the numerous garden statues and decors my kids left in the yard. Totally satisfied with Darryl Moss.
