Couldn't be happier! Our roof had about 5 or 6 leaks when I finally realized we had to go ahead and have it replaced. I had noticed Roofing Specialists in our neighborhood and their projects always come out very nice, so I decided to use them for our home. Job was done perfectly! I'm an out of town owner of several rental properties in Rock Springs and Green River. Last year I contracted with Roofing Specialists to replace the roof on one of my properties. I planned a trip to oversee the project and found it was unneeded. They kept me informed of the progress and cleaned up the work site better than expected. I was planning on having to replace some of the decking for the roof because there had been significant leakage in the house, but I was told that the decking was still sound and would not have to be replaced.
I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The final product was completed on time and for less than I was expecting. The quality seems to be excellent. I'm having them replace the roof on another of my properties this year.
