The wind storm blew off lots of our shingles. Even though Gem City was insanely busy they still got out to us pretty fast. They gave us an estimate that wasn't overpriced and fixed our roof that day. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Thous guys are great! They did a great job on my old houses roof with stuck on 2 layers 50 years old shingles, only took them two days to finish - they replaced all vent flashing, installed all underpayments, custom colored trim at no additional cost. My roof was also special order and looks awesome in entire neighborhood. I literally improved my house value over 10K for no extra cost.

Also they are very affordable and worked with me with payment schedule. They started with zero payment before starting work, which is very hard to find nowadays. No wonder this guys are super busy, they are swampt with people who want them to fix their roof in such a timely, affordable and great manner. With so many fishy contractors here in Laramie, and difficulty to find anything in this price range, this guys are awesome and great to do business with!

I called Gem city for a quote because I heard some good thing about them. a week later they came out and did the inspection. it has been a week since they were at my house, still no quote, I have sent and email and left a phone message. They have not responded and they do not ever answer the phone. If this how the they treat a prospective customer, how do they treat you once they have your money?

Fast, sloppy, and left permanent damage to our home. After the damage, they were very difficult to deal with as we sought a solution. We do not recommend them.
