Earl Miller Construction crew includes 4 full-time workers who are highly skilled carpenters. Three members of the crew have been with the company for more than 10 years. In the summer, Earl Miller Construction hires additional crew members, usually college students who have worked with him for several years. He said Earl Miller would be one of the most honest contractors around town. I called Earl and within a couple of hours he was at my door. He looked inside our home and outside at the gutters and downspouts. He gave other suggestions as well. He said you really need to raise dirt around the foundation. It was a simple maintenance issue. He gave me a bid for the downspouts and gutters and the dirt work,
