Purchased a house inside a neighborhood and the HOA had the previous owner take care of some broken tiles on the roof. Today, they showed up unannounced, and took a picture of MY SECURITY cam and walked away. Other people began climbing on the roof to do something. This company has been there 4 times to fix a few tiles. Each time they do something different.
Last time they put mismatched tiles on my roof and the HOA decided they didn't like it cuz they didn't match. (Go figure) The company had to come back again and paint the tiles to "hopefully" match the roof to the HOA's liking. They have no communication. They don't answer emails. I called today to verify it was them and the lady said yes, we have a crew over there right now painting tiles.
After I told them, I saw the crew on my security cameras on my roof, she blew me off and said, well, if you need anything else, just let me know". You ain't getting paid until it's done right! Next time follow up on an email and let the homeowner know you are coming over. Will never use this company again. Wish the previous owner never called them. Horrible!

Excellent roofing co. Moore Roofing repaired a botched up new roof installed by a large roofing co. out of Ft. Lauderdale. The new tile roof was installed after hurricane Irma. Their 10 year warranty on labor and material was worthless. Jamie, the job estimator for Moore came and immediately identified the leaking issues. No flashing installed in cricket and valley areas when new roof was installed.
Price and timeline was agreed on. The crew came on the day scheduled and worked from early morning until late afternoon for 4 days. They were respectful of all areas of house and landscaping they came in contact with. Beautiful job when finished. All debris cleaned up. No extra charges or fees. Moore did a great job on my Marco Island home roof. I would use the again and highly recommend them.

This company is the best. I needed someone to come inspect and repair roof tiles. They responded quickly and did the job the very next day. I recommend them to anyone for roofing issues. These guys rock! They were all over my house like a cheap suit! From the start to the finish they were very professional and very responsive. Jamie was a great guy to deal with, knows his stuff and was there to check on everything. I watched the entire new roof installation and was extremely impressed. I give them 10 stars out of 5!

I contacted Moore Roofing to come and inspect my roof because I had issues with roof leaks. Moore Roofing came out to my home, inspected my roof, showed me where my problems were, repaired them and my roof no longer leaks. I am so happy I called Moore Roofing. In short, save yourself some stress and go somewhere else --look at how many one stars! Its a small island, word gets around. Ask at church, school. Bad experiences far outweigh the occasional good one. Poor communication and its never their fault. Poor follow through, never their fault. Place a lien on your house without telling you, Seven months and no one from Moore's has looked at the sprinkler or pavers their fork lift messed up.
Act as your agent with the insurance company in their interests but when it comes it your interest they are not responsible, you should have known. I could go on and on. If there were this many one stars when I chose them, I would have walked. I don't write reviews even when I have a bad experience so for me to write one tells you volumes. I hope at some point that they realize that customer service and reputation is very important especially on a small island. If they don't change, they won't last.

STAY AWAY, if you actually ever get a live being to talk too, don't believe anything they say. They are hiring anyone with arms and legs after the storm. They do not want to do repairs only full roof jobs @ 4X what it should cost. Go north and find a decent roof company to do the work, they will be there quicker and priced fairly. Both of my neighbors got tired of Moore's BS and found a roofer in Naples and roofs are fixed now. Had to give one star and that is way too much.

Moore roofing did my roof and did an amazing job! Not only was my roof repair done in a timely manner, the employees where very friendly and more than helpful with any questions I had about my roof. They worked with my insurance company and made sure they where giving me the right amount of money and everything (also didn't try to scam me for extra money) I don't normally post reviews but I have heard a lot of bad rumors go around about this company and it's employees so I thought I would share my experience.
