Awesome team to work with. We have a very old farm house with very steep pitch. From the selection of materials to the scheduling the team was very supportive and easy to work with. The crew that showed up stripped the roof and had it completed in two days. Unbelievable! We all know what a mess stripping a roof is. These guys spent hours cleaning, , raking, picking up even the smallest scraps. They spent hours combing the grass with big magnets to get every nail. Great team thanks for our new roof.

I called Story Roofing and they sent someone out to inspect the same day. They came out after normal business hours. After receiving a quote for a repair as well as replacement in September 2020, I was able to schedule the repair in November and the replacement in March 2021. the replacement of the 30 year old roof took a few hours over a full day in spite of a snowfall after the first 4 hours. I am very happy with the project and the look of the new roof. The crew was very professional and efficient.

Good Day Story Roofing, We called you to look at taking out two of our skylights for we were having issues with them. Emily was a great help in getting things going and helping us through the process. You sent out an associate who took look and provide a couple different option. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence we found the right company to complete our project.

Within 48 hours we had a complete bid with everything spelled out. Monday, I received a call that they were on the way. They arrived when they said they would. Even thought there was ice on the driveway and snow on the roof it did not deter them. They set up their equipment with all safety protocols. Watching these two young men work with complete efficiency was comforting.

They were professional, polite and a joy to get to know. When the project was complete, they cleaned up and you would not know they were ever here. The service was outstanding from the quoting process to the actual installation to the office. They not only started the job on time they actually started it a month early. The crew that did the installation were great. They took care of my landscape and cleaned up every night when they were through. When they finished the job you wouldn't have even known they were there except for a great new roof. The folks in the Gaylord office were terrific. I would highly recommend these folks.

I worked there for a moment in life (no prior exp.) and the crew I was on the quality of work we did along with the training I as getting was phenomenal. I have been in the service industry most my life and the attention to detail and quality doesn't come close to Story Roofing & basement Technologies. Even the clean up we did was beyond, as a home owner wood expect, or got when we had our roof replaced. I would recommend Story, and if I don't do my own roof have Story do it.
