I spoke with someone and he hang up the call without letting me know, very unprofessional.

I have a large commercial building with a flat roof that needed replacement. Above All was recommended to me by a general Contractor so I went with them. They recommended coating the roof with an acrylic type paint- a $50,000 job and provided a 15 year warranty on materials and labor. They coated the roof about 5 years ago and now it is peeling in several places and the roof leaked.

I have called Rick several times and he avoided me each time. Until the last call two weeks ago when he said it will get done. I called the main line as well and the man answering told me to wait until warmer temperatures. It was in the 90s last week. They have no customer service ethics at all. I am still waiting to hear from them but know I will be calling them again. I would not recommend them!

During signup they were helpful and pleasant but after signup they did not update me over the next few months. I had to call and email for updates. When they started working they didn't tell me the timelines or what would be happening. I always had to ask and it was met with short curt answers. When they tore up my roof and left a huge mess in my garage from all the fallen debris it wasn't cleaned up.

And when it came to the bill I was provided the invoice but was given no direction. We had previously agreed on how we would be processing the Bill but I had to communicate that multiple times. When I got the call for final payment I asked if I could get a one week delay, as I was trying to open up a Business account I was told okay but was called very rudely to pay now. I thought there work was quick but considering the premium (I spent over 22k) I would expect better service and communication.
