Did show up to do the inspection and claimed there was hail damage and whoever replaced my roof didn't do a good job because there were holes from satellite screws (they replaced the roof which is why I called them). Said they would meet the insurance Adjustor to expedite the process but due to scheduling conflict couldn't make it. Insurance and 4 other roofing companies said there was not hail damage.
When I contacted D&J to do repairs they suggested aside from replacing the roof, I made the mistake of informing them that insurance denied a new roof. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for them to call me to schedule the repairs. Went with another company. I'm sure they are committed to do an inspection and for sure if you have an approved insurance claim but if paying out of pocket, don't bother. Would have preferred to support this business but couldn't wait on unreturned calls. However, the receptionist was professional and great to work with.
