My roof was in need of repair for a number of years. As they began to engage in the work there was a significant amount of dry rot found. Very quickly they brought in a second crew to address the issue so that the roofers could finish their work. The entire time I was consistently informed of the changes needed, and they took my calls after business hours when I needed clarification on things I did not understand.
They worked within my budget and the work is absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond even sealing up small holes in other areas unrelated to the roof to help protect my investment. Tons of rain this year, completely dry attic and basement. Tremendous to work with.

We have used Promax for the last 20 years. They have done a room addition, two bathrooms and other small jobs. We just had our bathroom gutted and our hall and a bedroom closet doors reconfigured. Promax just completed a new siding and doors project for us. John kept us up to date with the schedule and stayed on top of all of our concerns. The crew from Promax did outstanding work and exceeded our expectations. Their crew showed up on time every day and stayed with the project until it was finished. Unlike crews from some other companies we've seen that hop between jobs.
This was our first experience with Promax and we doubt it will be our last. John and Gino, I will highly recommend you whenever I get the chance, thanks for doing a great job.

After my business Donnie's Homespun Pizza was robbed, I called John and he had someone over the same day to secure my back door with a temporary bolt lock. Promax met with our insurance claim adjustor and coordinated a contrat which was covered by our insurance. They installed a new door and lock system that works better than it was before the incident. The lock is much more secure know and has devies that make it more difficult to pry open. Service was great.

My husband and I hired PROMAX 10 years ago to install 6 security doors on our home. They did a great job! This year we hired PROMAX to install a SAFETY SHOWER and SPA TUB plus an ON DEMAND HOT WATER heater and, once again, PROMAX did a great job. We trust our security doors and enjoy using our spa tub and shower. We plan to call PROMAX for projects we're planning for our home in the near future.

The service I receive from Promax was very good. John always made sure I was satisfied with the completed job. Just this past Dec 2017 he had his contractor come to my home and install electric baseboard heaters when another company said my furnance was no good. John had his worker check furnance and it was good just a plug in the fluke. He made sure I wanted the heaters installed once I founded out the furnance was good. I can say my home has been very warm since. Thanks to him. All home improvement I had him do them. He is my personal contractor, Thank you John.
