I bought a mobile home and tried to transfer the lifetime warranty which is only 20 years really. At first I was told it would cost more than the guarantee paperwork I had said, but they did say that they would stand by it with that the price of transfer that was on paperwork. Then I received a second phone call from them i was told that they no longer carried the product so they no longer guaranteed the roof.

I asked if they would come and look at it and if repairs were needed would the fix it and they said that they would not because they do not carry the product. What good is a lifetime warranty when you do not stand by the product and the work you did? L.Santos Gull Aire Village

In all, they did a good job on the roof of our home, there is a small roof over the dining room which is a bay window that was not done and we were never told it could not be done. That being said, their service and employees are another story. One employee doing the roof had such an attitude problem and was on his phone using foul language like it was everyday language and was extremely rude.

The manager called me to apologize for his actions and graciously took 200.00 off the bill. Later that day we noticed that the bay window was not done, we called the sales person and was assured that someone would be out to look at it. Nothing, two additional phone calls later, still nothing. The owner now says that is what the 200.00 discount was for and they will not be doing the bay window. Unfortunately she knew nothing about the bay window when she gave the discount for the rudeness of her companies representative.

The gentleman that came out to do the estimate was excellent! Price was very good compared to another company and the product is great. Life time warranty. There is backlog of 8 to 10 weeks thats my only complaint so far.

Roofing material was applied by the foreman and another man who was the helper, in our neighborhood there are certain areas all companies must park their truck, foreman did not want to comply and it went down hill from there. He was rude, cursed a lot with the use of the f word and left our job not fully completed. I called the office and was assured they would be back to finish, that was December, it is now the end of February and we have heard nothing and they will not return my phone call, yes they have been paid. Beware not a good company to hire

Highly recommend. Had a minor issue which they fixed without hesitation. I dealt with Kim and she is the best. Gets back with you when she says she will. A great asset to the company. Very responsive. Had a quote within one day of calling. Communication was excellent as the day of scheduled installation the weather was going to be bad. We received a call the day before asking if it would be ok to come the day after due to the weather. We agreed and they showed up right when they said they would. On time and excellent work. Cleaned up when finished and took pictures for us showing the new roof. Great job from quote to completion.

Although All Weather Roofing did a fine job on the roof, they caused $600 in damages to our electrical and refused responsibility. When their team completed the work our refrigerator and Stove hood no longer had electricity. The electrician discovered that the line had a dead short and had to replace both lines. It's suspected the roofing crew accidentally screwed through the romex that feeds the two devices when mounting the roof to the trailer (there was ice in the freezer still, so we knew the damage had just happened).

This was their response, "We are roofers and we aren't responsible if plugging in our tools shorts out your electricity". We did explain it was more than just plugging in tools. I cannot recommend any company that will not take responsibility for causing damage

If this is business as usual, I like it, from beginning to the end everything was good, they showed up early today and did the install quickly, professionally, and were really good guys, Coty and Jose, I am a retired contractor and really appreciated their professionalism, if they keep it up like they did today they should go far in life. I Highly recommend this roofing company and ask for Coty and Jose, they will do a good job for you.

All Weather Roofing was on time and responsive. Inspector/salesman was polite and easy to work with. No hard sales pitch, just discussed findings and options. Very competitive price compared to three other estimates I received. The installation crew were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after the job. Very pleased with the final product and I HIGHLY recommend All Weather Roofing!

Must have been a major misunderstanding. I thought they were going to reface the carport as well as the house. They did not. When I spoke to them they said it was because the fact that the carport facing was too narrow and they do not have facing boards that size. Very disappointed in this. A lot of money to still have to look at this. The quote should have mentioned that the carport was not going to have new facing.

I just had my roof done yesterday. It was a professional and pleasant experience from the day the salesman (Jay) came over, took a video of my roof and explained the process. The crew that was here yesterday, were also professional and pleasant. They double checked the roof and around the house when they were done. You wouldn't even know they were here.

Excellent customer service! Curtis is more then helpful. I needed documentation for a roof they installed in 2005 which I may add is in excellent shape today in 2020 and researched and provide this information to me in less then 15 minutes. Again thank you for being a company that values both past and present customers!

We had new lifetime roof installed in 2010 by All Weather. Everything went quickly and smoothly and we were very pleased. In 2015, cleaning and inspection revealed that birds had been peeling away some caulk around our skylight. All Weather responded promptly and recaulked the area. We were expecting a bill since it really wasn't their fault but they took care of the charge. We recently had another incident and Eric and his crew were here and politely and promptly took care of the issue. Great service after the sale!

I would not let this company roof my dog house. Nothing but problems and leaks and they insist on me paying cash up front. Owner called me a deadbeat.
