Well where do I start? Had windows replaced a year ago and still do not have the screen door. Have been told several times that it would be taken care of but I was only told this after repeated requests for an update as to what is happening. No one from 2FL has contacted me with an update without me making several requests for an update. I managed an office for 35 years and am finding it almost unbelievable that there is no follow up by the company at all.

Not once (?). Contacted the manufacturer as to the screen door and was told that the request has to come from the installer. Sent a final email today requesting a call to discuss.

I needed siding for my house. I got loads of quotes. I was overwhelmed with all the choices. But 2FL was one of the few that made it easy. The salesman was prompt, spoke in plain English and made my options clear & simple. He followed up, too, to see if I had any questions. I made my choice, it was no-brainer. So glad I went with 2FL. The crew performed the work.

They worked fast, kept me informed-all while seeing my house beautify before my eyes. From concept to complete, in just over three weeks. Price, quality, friendly & capable? Check, check, check & check. Same goes for the people behind the scenes in the office. Love what I got. I'll call 2FL again for future projects.

The 2FL team was on time and professional. I only had to replace the south side of my house's siding; yet, this was a considerable job (2 stories - 60ft) The guys putting up my siding realized there was an error in the siding size (the reveal was not the same). After putting up 4 rows (60 ft in length) they removed it and waited for the correct product to be delivered. I would not have noticed until it was done. I would HIGHLY recommend Kosal and his team to do the work.

We had them replace our siding with vinyl--the product looks great, and we get compliments--it doesn't look like vinyl but we never have to paint again! (Job was done in 2015)They did a pretty good job, and we are happy with it. we called them back in a couple years to fix a couple things, and they came out. There is one piece I found they could have overlapped a tad more, but it is under the front porch and water won't get it so I'm ok with it. For a contractor, and as picky as we are, this is a positive review. would recommend them.

2FL redid the entire exterior of my house a few years ago. They got in and did the work with no delays. I really like the work they did. 2-3 years later everything still looks great with no apparent problems or defects. This doesn't sound like a glowing review, but that's on me. They did a great job. Replaced my siding, gutters, windows, doors, and painted the house. Very pleased!

We had a full project which required new roof, siding, windows, doors etc. I must say that the end result is absolutely fantastic. Have been in the construction business before and I can definitely say these guys know what they are doing. Professional, competitive, and most importantly ON-SCHEDULE! It has been a pleasure working with you and I will recommend you to anyone I know.

Customer service, im curious if this company even knows what quality customer service is? People have things come up in their lives that are unforseen. I had called to reschedule my appointment because of some health problems which I do not need to disclose and as a "professional" you could have just left it at that. But instead I get complete attitude and questions as to "why so many people are canceling on them." How the hell should I know why other people are canceling on you?

I thought I was being courteous by calling to cancel and still say thanks for your time. But I'm now regretting even contacting you at all. Im going with a more respected company that I know other people have gone with and loved their work. And I'm sure by the responses of other ratings on here, you will have something to say and won't take any responsibility for your actions. I would rethink your business techniques.

First of all I cannot complain about the quality of work. The remaining experience is less than stellar. 1. It took over4 months to complete. 2. Poor Communication. 3. When I complained about the timeline to "Joe" he couldn't care less. All he kept saying was it's a construction job, it's a big job, you have our best contractor, in 5 years you'll forget all about it. 4.

I have a big dead spot in my lawn where all the supplies were stored. 5. And I still have construction debris sitting in my front yard waiting to be hauled away 3 weeks after they finished.

We had a great experience with 2FL on a small re-siding project. They accommodated some requests we had which was appreciated. They were also much more responsive than other siding companies we talked to, which was ultimately why we decided to go with 2FL. For any future siding work we'll definitely go to them first.
