Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Scheduled two appointments. BOTH appointments were NO call. NO show. E-mailed after first no show. No response. Rescheduled, again no call, no email, no show. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Obviously a customers time means nothing to this company. Hire a real professional.

Left all kind rooting of old roof in ceiling outside debris old roof in ceiling and attuc. Also the debris came in the house old roof pieces, outside material blew in pictures taken of all. One of the owners are rude u call him he dies not respond. Also done my mother roof who is in her 70 and daddy in his eighties my sister was trying to fix something for my parents and everything. Fell out. Also nails. On roof left part off of my roof rain was coming in came 3 times last time they left part off of my roof.

CMS Roofing was amazing! Jaron came on the weekend after tornado, tarped our roof and went through our entire property showing us stuff we never would have realized that was damaged. He even told us we may start seeing cracks in our drywall as time went on with our power out and he was right. Even met with our insurance company twice and helped me with all of the paperwork insurance threw on us.
It was well past our expectations! He definitely knew more than who insurance sent to our home. I can't imagine doing this without CMS and don't think anyone could possibly think of everything they do. Very professional company. Used a camera to photograph every single thing in my home on a 3D picture. They did our roof, interior painting and floors, siding and gutters. We even got a new AC unit and windows which are on hold right now. Recommend x 10!

Matt Hessler did such a great job going over everything that would be done during my roofing job. He was very friendly, professional and very competent. He also coordinated everything with the insurance company and was very thorough. CMS's crew came out and attacked the roof and was about half way done by 10:00 AM and by around 2:00-3:00 was completely done and everything cleaned up around the house. Very impressed with this company and their attention to detail. My roof looks a million times better than before. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I was amazed at the quality of work and how officiant they were! They done a great job with clean up and were very attentive to every concern I had. If you are needing a roof or think something is wrong, I highly recommend CMS Roofing, I will never use another. I had a few loose shingles and next thing you know i was getting a new roof only paying my insurance deductible. CMS was a partner through the whole process. Thank you CMS

Extremely responsive! CMS Roofing did an amazing job on our primary residence and now they are right on top of a rental property roof replacement. The same day I called the owner came right out and gave an estimate for the replacement. He even met my budget and was super easy to talk to and he actually listened to me and wasn't in a hurry to get off the phone.

CMS went above and beyond my expectations. Matt made sure I was well informed on what was going on during the whole process and gave me an accurate timeframe. On the day of the project, the team arrived earlier than expected and ready to go! You can tell these people actually care about their work.
