After high school he continued framing and roofing and in 1989 developed a business of removing and replacing residential and commercial roofs, that has become Sumner Roofing & Exteriors.From the beginning Dale has been "committed to quality" by doing the right thing no matter what. Very pleased with the work done. Crew was great and left the work site spotless. I do caution everyone to do their due diligence when it comes to billing. We had agreed to move forward with additional work but had to cancel it as we were informed, after our bill was paid and we received a paid in full receipt, that they forgot to put a charge on our bill and that we still owed money. (This was awhile back) Then today, we received a bill for nearly $15k for work that wasn't even done on our home. They sent the bill to the wrong address. So, while the work is great, their billing department needs some attention.

Sumner Roofing came to my home to inspect damage to a few soffit shingles at the front of our home from a tree that caught fire near the house. They provided a fair quote and were able to come back to complete the work in the same week. Very professional, and the soffit/roof looks as good as new! Service: Roof damage repair

Sumner Roofing was great all around. The quoting process to the final work being done was right on-time, quick, and very, very fair pricing. There were a couple of bumps along the road, which are sometimes to be expected, however Sumner Roofing addressed every item very quickly and very fairly. The are a very honest company that does very high-quality work. I highly suggest using them for your roofing needs.

I have used Sumner Roofing for storm damage to my roof and another time for installing flashing on side of house to stop a water leak. They are prompt in responding to calls. Work is done timely and efficiently. I had a question about the results one time. They responded by sending out a crew a second time to make things right. After an explanation, I was happy with the results. They are honest and try hard to satisfy the customer. Their prices are competitive also. I

I had Sumner Roofing come out and do some repairs on my roof. They did a great job. When it came time to replace my roof, I only contacted one company and that was Sumner Roofing. They did an absolutely incredible job. I am so glad I went with them. Very professional and very fairly priced. They cleaned up so well after the job that you did not even know they had been here. And the roof looks great! I would highly recommend this company.

At Madison Christian Church we could not be happier than we are with Sumner Roofing & Exteriors. They did absolutely amazing work and dealt fairly and honestly with us. They are exceedingly skilled and when they were finished there wasn't a shred of evidence they had even been here except for a very nice looking roof. Their price was not the cheapest or most expensive but very fair. A couple of guys in our church had heard very good things about them. So we went with them and we thank God that we did. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Had the siding and gutters replaced on our house recently with Sumner Roofing. The outcome was beautiful, quality work! Everyone we spoke with through the process was professional and helpful - good customer service all the way around. The only con was that there were a few nails left in our yard and driveway, which is a concern for our cars, kids, and pets.
I spoke with the Office Manager about it while giving feedback on our overall experience and she was both sympathetic and helpful, letting me know she would reiterate the need to thoroughly clean up after jobs with the crew. Excellent customer service! We had a small job repairing a boot from the exhaust on our roof. Even with their busy schedule from storms they were out here and repaired it within a week. The next rain I heard a dripping in the master bedroom. I called and Andrew came out that same afternoon in-between his scheduled appointments and checked it for us. I highly recommend Sumner Roofing.

Having to replace a roof is never fun. But these guys made the whole process easy and smooth from start to finish. We were asked to replace our roof due to the age and existing damage from before we moved in. This meant the cost was strictly our responsibility and not the insurance company. I am so glad these guys were recommended to me. They went out of their way to show me the damaged areas and the reasons my roof needed to be replaced, This made me so much more comfortable choosing to just have it done.
I was so impressed with our first meeting and the price is was quoted, i didn't even look for a second bid. Up front and honest about the work they would perform and the measures they would take to protect my yard and bushes, The entire team was friendly.
