Well worth the wait after Matthew. I know I made them crazy with questions but they made sure I was happy at then end of the day. Second time with this company and would use again. Thank you for my new awesome roof!

WKL Roofing did work for me on 2 houses, one for a roof repair the other for complete roof replacement. Both times I called WKL I spoke with Corin. She was very friendly and I could tell she really was interested in helping me. I was scheduled promptly for estimates. Corin helped me make selections such as choosing the best color of shingles, etc. I was very happy with the outcome of both of my houses. I have recommended WKL to friends.

You have made the appearance of my home so beautiful. The workers were polite and efficient. No debris was left around. Everything they said about roof, installation and service was absolutely on the money.

I knew two or three people who had recommended WKL for roofs, and I had them do some gutters for me a long time ago, but still my recent experience with WKL surprised me in many ways. Professionalism and top-notch communication from Alexa and others in the office (in person, email and by phone).The quote came quickly and well within my expected budget (frankly I was bracing myself and was pleased with the price).

Ask them about 2 insulation panels we added to the very top of the roof (see photo) - we immediately noticed a difference in temperature. A few extra things were fixed for us, and some extra flashing was needed, all included in the original cost! Mobile supervisor Brian visited often, was pleasant, informative and very responsive to questions. Wilson and the crew (crew 4, I was told) was timely, and worked hard every minute they were here (except for their well-deserved lunch break).

They kept the jobsite clean and were pleasant when asked questions or directed to something specific by me. To top it off, the City inspector even complimented WKL and went on to say we did the right thing hiring them! I feel like my house is ready for her next 100 years. Look no further - you have found the best company for your new roof!

Do NOT use this roofer! We have been having problems with the roof they put on FOR YEARS! Despite the loss of numerous shingles after Hurricane Matthew, the roof did not leak until almost a year later - after this company put on the new one. It leaked immediately and consistently for months until finally someone would actually come out and stop the leak happening inside the house.

It continued to leak on the porch for years. Having an inspector come by for insurance proposes alerted us to the fact we still had a problem over the kitchen around the chimney. Having someone come by for pressure cleaning of the house alerted us to the fact supporting boards/beams of the roof were rotting. Having someone out to get on the roof alerted us to the fact this sloppy work was done incorrectly over the flat part of the roof.

They have been back to stop all leaking at this time. However, we now have a depression in the roof itself which the city building department advises me indicates failure of the supporting structure and ultimate failure of the roof is inevitable. WKL won't respond to email and the owner, Ken Lewis, refuses to speak with me or address the problem. Two roofers have told me to sue over the job this company did. RUN, do not walk, away from WKL Roofing!

WKL did a great job on our roof. Did an extension on one side of our roof to cover a walkway from rain. Insulated our vaulted roof with iso board to decrease our cooling costs. They worked very methodically with tarps on roof as we were having on and off rain showers. Their crew was courteous and attentive to detail. All the management was very impressive. Hats off to Ken for his hard work. Highly recommend this company.

They are contracting third parties without experience. First rain and got a leak on my house, ceiling damage and still trying to have it repaired. They came to complete bad service done but my ceiling is still with a hole. Trying to have it repaired more than a week ago. Unfortunately was and still is a bad experience

Wkl roofing was the best company. Kurstian work with the insurance company and the roof was done in 2 days with the plywood repairs and it looks like a million bucks. They covered and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for the great work.

I had (2) houses re-roofed by WKL--one in 2020 and one in 2021. Both had some follow-up issues but they took care of it very quickly. Ken--one of the owners addressed the problems on the last roof and kept his promise to get it squared away. It's a difficult job in a difficult environment (Florida) but they handle it well.

WKL Roofing installed a new roof on our home in March 2021. The roof turned out fine but service afterward was horrible. After having a total of 5 flat tires. nails run in my lawn people mowers tires ( all 4 ) they had to replace to the tune of 700.00. plus 7 nails in my and others feet. called them to please clean up the nails and was told 6 times " sorry we'll be right out" and never showed we told to forget about it. would never recommend this company to anyone. BAD BAD BAD

WKL roofing fixed out flat roof over our extended room in our home. Walter, the owner, came over and gave us an estimate and explained the process. Flat roofs are tricky. No problem for them. They pitched the roof so that there is no standing water after it rains. They also added new skylights. It is perfect. Scotty and his partner came next to add gutters and soffit that covered ugly beams from the extended room. Again, perfect.

When I called with a question, Brenna was polite and efficiently contacted the appropriate person to get me an answer. Mike supervised the job and did it well. Thank you all at WKL Roofing for all of your great work. If you have roof issues, call them. They are the best in town.

I did a great deal of research on local roofing companies. I selected WKL not only due to pricing but the overall knowledge and credibility of Ken Lewis. I couldn't be happier with my selection. The team that Ken sent, bent over backwards to ensure I was pleased with their work. The one thing that struck me the most was the attitude of the 12 member team.

This team worked hard for 2.5 days and never stopped smiling. Their professionalism and care for my house truly made a difference. I will always recommend WKL and will do business with them in the future.

New roof installed several years ago. Many problems, sliding shingles, shingles falling off, leaks. Called numerous times, no one ever came to fix or repair. Recently had roof inspected by professional inspectors. Numerous code violations found. Must replace entire roof. Do not hire/use WKL

We contacted WKL on a recommendation from friends. We were told in our estimate that all of the rotten boards would be replaced. Some boards that we thought should be replaced were not(see pic). One of them actually dropped slightly when their workers stepped on it which caused a wrinkle in the roofing material(see pic). This was brought to their attention they checked it and said it should be fine.
