Pinnacle Roofing

When it was time to replace our roof, we got a bunch of estimates, although we were leaning towards Pinnacle as they had done an emergency repair for us a few years ago, when others were unwilling to take on a small job. What tipped the scales though ultimately, was that we were most impressed by the thoroughness in which Alex examined our house inside and out and presented the best options for our new roof.

When you are spending a large sum of money on a major home improvement, someone should be sitting down with you and discussing all the minute details of the process. We had several places just walk around the outside only and hand us a big estimate, little or no explanations given. This was not the case with Pinnacle. There were no surprises. They walk you through every step and explain each option. Alex went through every detail of the process line by line.

The level of professionalism from start to finish was above and beyond. The work crew was excellent. There was always a foreman on the job monitoring and giving progress updates and answering any questions we had a long the way. In addition, Alex checked in during the project, and another manager stopped in periodically on the job to check progress.

The work site was left spotless, gutters cleaned out, and it was like they were never here. The roof looks beautiful. We were very pleased with the experience we had. I would highly recommend Pinnacle for any roofing needs!

We got many estimates for our roof and though they weren't the cheapest, we felt like we would get the best workmanship and overall experience working with Pinnacle. Our coordinator was very responsive. Everything was explained very thoroughly and we felt like we really understood the scope of the job. The roof looks beautiful and believe it will hold up well.

Our only complaints are that while they did "protect" our landscaping with netting and tarps, they also threw all of the roof debris on those tarps, causing a lot of damage to our landscaping. We also didn't get the best "cleanup" job as others have described theirs being impeccable. There were a lot of nails in the yard, roofing and insulation debris, and food wrappers/water bottle tops. We would definitely recommend pinnacle to someone else, but also just wanted to share the entirety of our experience.

Contacted Pinnacle Roofing during the winter for damage caused by the wind to a piece of fascia that needed repair right away, after that decided to get an estimate on replacing roof. Estimator spent close to 2 hours preparing estimate and documenting issues with roof plus answering questions. The estimate detailed the job specifics and included a copy of the insurance binder.

At no time was there any sales pressure to sign a contract. Our job was more difficult to coordinate as solar panels needed to be removed by a separate company but the team worked with us to select a date that worked for all. The crew was on time, pleasant to work with, and well managed by a site foreman. All debris was thoroughly cleaned. We are very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing.

May be the single best experience we have had with any company. Remarkably professional, consumer oriented, quality driven with exemplary communication from start to finish-thoroughly reviewed every aspect of the job. The entire crew involved with the installation were again remarkably hard working, professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process.

They went to great lengths to protect the shrubs and plantings. When the job was done it was so clean you wouldn't have known they were there. We actually enjoyed the whole process. It's truly refreshing to that there are still companies out there with such a strong commitment to excellence in their work and customer experience/satisfaction. I strongly recommend Pinnacle to anyone with roofing needs.

Would also add we have several friends who have used Pinnacle with similar experiences. We also needed some chimney work and gutters. The contractors they refund to were equally great to work with.

I had a leak in my roof that we thought may have been a sky light. The sky lights were 20 years old so I had Pinnacle roofing replace them and then replace the shingles. The leak turned out to be a different spot that they replaced a small piece of plywood at no additional charge. Their price was very competitive. They were very safe using harnesses etc.

They were there when they said they were going to be and completed the job in one day, with no mess. They also sent a guy out after a month or so to inspect the roof and make sure we were satisfied. This company was very professional.

We worked with David Morse, who took the time to speak with us in-depth about the state of our roof and our options. He provided satellite photos via email and explained what needed to be done and why. He became a trusted advisor and went above and beyond to help us through the process of making the decision to have our roof replaced, even discussing payment options.

The crew arrived on time, completed the work quickly and left no trace of rubbish or debris behind. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement.

We worked with Dave from Pinnacle Roofing and he surpassed all of our expectations. My husband and so are a young couple, expecting our first baby, and just bought what we hope will be our forever home. Upon inspections it was clear the roof needed to replaced. Roofs are expensive and we wanted to make sure we hired people who could fix the problem for us, and ideally we would never have to touch the roof again. Dave was recommended to us by a family friend.

He was so informative, he spent time coming to our home, explaining the process, he even recommended gutters and explained that our chimney was in bad shape. He arranged for companies he knew to come out and look at those parts, we eventually hired them too! The best part was that he selected people who he knew wouldn't affect the roof warranty which was really important to us.

Both my husband and I said Dave felt like a family member, he genuinely wanted us to get the best prices and make sure our house was ready for us as soon as possible and safe to live in! The day of the installation Dave kept us informed throughout the day on stuff they found when taking off the roof. The end product is fantastic and our house looks beautiful!

My house had five or more leaks and had the old cedar shakes still on the roof. Pinnacle was so professional. Dave came to the house and I had no feeling of a sales pitch from him. It was all education. They take pictures and have a meeting to discuss your roof. Dave calls you back and goes over the pictures and the estimate, explaining every detail of it.

There is only one option which is the best option if you compare to other roofing companies. The estimate was exactly the same as others or less. When the team came to do the roof, they were all very professional, easy to talk with. Next is a roof inspection to make sure everything was done correctly. I was so impressed and would use them again.

I used this company for a roof repair job. They came out and did the repair at a unbeatable price. They also gave me quote for a new roof which will be needed down the road. It was a small job, but service was excellent and usually it shows how good the company is with jobs like this that does not generate a lot of money or profit for them.

I waited a full year before I wrote this review, and I am here to tell you that I am as happy a year later as I was in the beginning. Pinnacle Roofing far exceeded my expectations. It was TOP NOTCH from beginning to end. Not only was the job done well, but they went above and beyond in areas that I did not expect! In other words, they did things for my home that they simply did not have to!

Pinnacle did a great job from start to finish, the sale guy answered all our questions and really made a great point by point run down of why Pinnacle was able to offer such grea quality roofing products and service.
