Great team, quick, efficient. Kameron met with us and discussed what to expect and quickly they would do the roof. Replaced our gutters also. Highly recommend!

I had damage to my existing asphalt shingle roof this past spring. I figured at some point I would need to replace the roof and always wanted an upgraded look to complement the architecture of our home. I consulted with vertical roofing. They walked me through the whole process, worked with my insurance company, and etc. In fact the shingle I wanted was a composite cedar shake that was way beyond my budget, and Kyle tried to steer me to other comparable products that were more reasonable in price.

However I just couldn't get off this one product. They weren't pushy and actually took the time to look at ways to reduce the price so I could get what I wanted. They did. I seriously have the nicest roof in Parker County. In a day an age where people only post bad reviews I wanted to let potential customers know they're awesome. Much appreciated guys.

My experience with Vertical Roofing is less than satisfactory. I think the initial work was fine with the exception of a few minor repairs that had to be adjusted after the work was said complete. I contacted the salesmen and he sent a man to repair the issue and it was taken care of. Fast forward 2 years later and we discover that there is a leak in the roof most likely around the chimney.

I let the salesmen know that the roof was leaking and was soon told that my contracts warranty expired a couple of months back. I requested if he would be willing to give an estimate on repairs and never heard back. The issues discovered are the type that would not be known to an individual unless they are experienced with roofing repair, meaning the typical homeowner would not know to check. Specifically, flashing around the chimney was repurposed per the contract (under the stipulation that the flashing was deemed reusable).

Unknown to us there had been a leak in the roof for a couple of years and it just become noticeable. The flashing was not fully resealed, was full of holes and had been reused at least 3-4 other times as well as rusted through in some places. According to the individual who did the repair it should have been changed. There isn't justification for reusing or trying to reuse such worn out materials with such little sealing (he thought they used the least amount of caulking) except to keep from spending money and increase their own take home.

My hope was that this organization (as well as any other) would stand behind the quality of work they do and at least take initiative to do right by customers when an issue such as a contractor not doing their best work arises. Such as situation should have at least warranted a response such as: we don't do repairs, sorry this happened if you chose to go with us again we will find a way to make this up to you, or let us send out a guy and see will what we can do for you.

These are the typical good customer services responses to such a situation to keep customers loyal. Nothing has since transpired between myself and the sales agent or any of their representatives. I cannot say I would recommend them to anyone and feel others should know this situation should they consider using Vertical Roofing for their roofing job.

Shortly after finishing roofing the north side of my house, I started to hear animals in my addict coming from that same side. Called them up to complain about the new activity and the noise and sure enough the boss showed up to inspect. The roof is very high and at the time I could not point to exact location the critters were finding their way in.

Not my job anyway and it was impossible to be posted outside day and night just waiting for a sighting, but new for certain that it had to do with replacing the roof. Boss showed up and I was very grateful for the follow up. He looked at an area that I have pointed to as perhaps the entry point and went and added ckicken wire that I have provided. Roofers should know that any little gap left open will attract animals looking to hibernate for the winter month.

Sure enough, as the winter progressed, more and more activities in my addict to a point where we could not sleep anymore. With the advent of spring, I have noticed that my roof is invaded by squirrels up and down all day. I even after painful investigation cought a squirrel going inside the roof into the addict and I could tell clearly that vertical roofing have lifted the plastic and the evesrough to tuck the shingles and neglected to close it or replace it by a new piece.

A small fixe that has cost me pain, suffering and finacial losses. 4 weeks of trapping and bating and 5 squirrels later from various point of entry all from the newly replaces roof. The point every consumer looking to replace his or her roof, is not only to fix the roof but to make sure they don't suffer from negligence and unethical practices that will leave them with more financial expenditure when they hire animal control services to rid them from critters in their addicts.

By the way, After much complaining, they said that they will come back but will charge if it is not their doing!. Maybe I have planted the squirrels Shortly after finishing the roof. Utter non sense. Any way, it was impossible to fix the gaps with animal trapped inn and needed to call animal control first. Any one dealing with a similar situation can imagine the difficulty of coordinating this disaster.

I did end up taking the risk by sending my son 30 feet up in the air to close the gaps. I have pics on file of trapped squirrels and point of entry resulting from replacing roof. I m an honest person and this is my honest story. I was very reluctant to tell my story but the pain and frustration was real.

They really go above and beyond in after install support too which is just as important as the install. They replaced my roof after a hail storm with a great new impact resistant roof and two solar powered attic breezes. When the motor died in the attic breeze the manufacturer replaced the motors under the lifetime warranty, but they don't cover labor.

It would have been costly given what was involved. Vertical Roofing didn't hesitate to come out and replace them free of charge. Thanks Kyle and the folks at Vertical Roofing!

I was one of the many folks in Texas that needed a roofing company after storms. I wanted to find a reputable company and Denny from Vertical Roofing contacted me after an online inquiry. Man talk about a smooth process. They got an estimator out here to assess the house, priced out the damage (not only to the roof but everything), worked out the numbers, and got my house back in tip top shape.

They never asked me for money and ensured all work was done within the insurances payment budget. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat. Outstanding customer service and they stood by their word. THAT in itself means a lot.

This is a completely trustworthy roofing company! No BS, No Scam, No problems. My roof was trashed after a very large Hail storm. Finding a Trustworthy Roofer is a nightmare because of all the horror stories we all hear about. By chance I met Denny who works for Vertical Roofing and didn't get any bad vibes from him. I allowed him to do an estimate and was completely satisfied with his professional work ethics.

They did all the work with the insurance company and kept me updated on every step. The completed the work on time and with superior materials. Any minor mistake was completely fixed before they considered the job finished. I am 100% satisfied with this company and would recommend them without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and call them.

We had hail and wind damage to our roof in 2015. However, our insurance company was unwilling to fulfill our claim due to the cost of materials for replacing our roof. The Vertical roofing team was patient and extremely helpful coaching us how to work with insurance company. The whole process has taken over a year, and we have now thanks to Vertical Roofing worked with the insurance company to have our roof fully replaced.

The support, response and finally assistance with material selection (they found us an amazing material that lets our house stand apart) have been above anything we could have hoped for. On customer service and honest care for the customer we would recommend Vertical roofing for your needs. Chris

I was very happy with the exceptional service I received from Vertical Roofing. They recently roofed two of our rental properties with another they will complete in the the near future. My project manager, Denny Berend, always kept me in the loop by explaining the whole process and then taking photos of the progress thru out the day from start to finish so I could see all their hard work. He quickly responded to my texts, calls and emails. I felt like I was in good hands. I have since referred Verical Roofing to my friends.

Vertical roofing is an outstanding company to work with, and all the employees are very helpful. When we needed a new roof on our house due to storms, Vertical Roofing came through from start to finish on our project. I was very impressed and pleased with the outstanding knowledge of the salesman on the front end, to the top notch quality of the crew installing the roof it self.

The installation crew did a great job on the new roof and with the clean up of the old roof they removed. Vertical Roofing worked very close with our insurance company to insure my best interest with this project at hand. Outstanding Job and Kudos to Everyone at Vertical Roofing!

As many we had hail damage and since Vertical was in the area they asked to inspect my roof. As it turned out we needed a new roof and gutters. Their salesperson was happy to quote and after Insurance we have moved ahead and signed paperwork. For 30 days no calls no follow up until I emailed them. I was then given a date to begin, which came and went without a call.

I called the next day to ask about my roof and was told "they had tried to get me on the schedule but didn't get to it". BUT they could do it over a week later. I suggested that in that time period I could probably secure a new roofer. Just under a week later Vertical's Crew was on site to do a complete roof. 1. We have a pergola that was to be roofed under in sections- I was assured that would not be an issue they had a special guy to handle that area. 2.

We just installed a new pool and I was assured they would cover the pool and be careful around the filter area. 3. The Satellite dish could be removed and reinstalled without an issue. So they couldn't do the pergola properly, they dropped a bundle of shingles on the filter area and the Satellite repair guy is due tomorrow just about the time the pool repair people should be here. Lastly the gutter guys will be about a week after us? Once again a sub contractor based company that over promises and under delivers with no control over their crews.

Vertical roofing sent Denny Berend to us after we had the roof of our home damaged in a hailstorm. Denny patiently worked with us to help us decide on the type and color of roofing material that would look best on our home. After the materials were delivered, Denny carefully oversaw the crew's work and helped us solve a leak problem where our patio connects to the house.

We are very pleased with the new roof and the cleaning done after the roof was replaced. We also called Vertical Roofing to put a new roof on my aunt's house. Again, excellent job done! When they finished with her house, the crew replaced a few shingles that had been blown off my mom' house. I would recommend Vertical Roofing in a heartbeat! Denny Berend and his careful supervision of these three jobs is my chief reason for this high recommendation. He is an outstanding representative of your company.

Vertical Roofing knocked on our door asking if they could inspect our roof for any damage after some hail storms in our area. We consented and to make a long story short our roof was replaced by a sub-contractor hired by Vertical Roofing. For that job we give 5 stars. We had some other items needing repair and signed a contract on May 2, 2016 with Vertical to get those items completed.

One of the jobs was to get our deck, screen porch and pergola stained. We waited until June 7th for a sub-contractor hired by Vertical to come and provide estimate for the staining. On June 14th, I contacted Vertical and asked what our next step would be since we knew we already had someone come out to bid. They gave excuses that our insurance was holding up paperwork on their end.

After extensive research on my part, it was determined our insurance had not received a bid proposal. After all was clarified the painting company hired by Vertical was sent out on June 18th. After two weeks of "partial" day's work, the deck is worse now than before. They applied interior paint to an exterior deck, part of our railings and pergola.

They ruined parts of our deck trying to remove. It has been 2 weeks and two other painting companies have come to assess the situation. Vertical has made no attempt to fix the disaster caused by their company and have no sense of urgency for completion of the job. We have had one excuse after another as to when our deck will be completed and we see no positive outcome in the near future. Do not trust this company. They have lied to us repeatedly and have little to no commitment to customer satisfaction.

I called this company in desperate need of roof and fence repair. I was told I would be contacted with-in the hour. Of course, no call back. I called again to just get voice mail, not once, but three times. Waited 24 hours to call, still no answer. Does this company exsist? If so, keep a knocking and no ones home. Obviously this company does NOT need business or should not be counted on, if you need repairs done before the year 2020.

If you want to wake up in the morning do not use vertical roofing. None of the non plumbing roof jack pipes/vents are seated correctly. The gas vent for the furnace was completely off. Fortunately it was too warm to use the central heat. They also did not cover the bushes with tarps as I was told they would so nails will continue to be found and picked up for months. i was also told the salesperson would be at the house with the crew first thing in the morning, 2 hours later.

I was told he would make sure the all the trash was picked up before the crew left, guess that did not include roofing nails after all. Lots of promises - few were fulfilled. Hard to believe this company has no complaints.
