Vinyl siding is a popular choice for homeowners who want to improve the looks of their home without painting. While vinyl is relatively inexpensive, and long-lasting, there are some pros and cons when it comes to choosing it for your home. There are many factors to consider when looking at installing vinyl siding.

I recently had a complete new roof and new gutters put on my home by Classic Contracting and was very pleased with their work. They did a professional job and were easy to work with. They always returned phone calls promptly and were always willing to answer questions in a patient and professional manner. They went out of their way to make it a smooth and easy process. I would highly recommend Classic Contracting.

After well over a year and multiple issues, lack of diligence to complete the project. I have now been threatened by Tim Fields. I received the final insurance claim chech and in less than 2 weeks he has threatened to send his crew to confront me. I explained to him that I wasn't going to take off work at the drop of a hat to travel to the city just to get this check authorized and signed by the bank.
I wouldn't let this guy touch your house; well, he doesn't touch anything and does nothing other than cover for the crews he has. He doesn't even communicate with them. They had to remove a sliding door and relocate it because they installed it in the wrong location, poor project management. Now the door doesn't work correctly. There are multiple issues with their work.

After a hail storm my neighbor referred me to this company, (Tim Fields). What a poor decision on my part. I should have known when he seemed way to nice but went ahead and hired him. We talked over all the things I wanted addressed with my roof and what work was going to be performed. Long story short he did none of the things he said he was going to do.
They didn't install the drip edge flat to the roof, instead they laid it over the gutter braces so now the roof curls up at the edges, dented my gutters up, ruined the new flashing that was color matched to the James hardy siding on my house, blew roofing nails through the flashing in a poor attempt to get it to lay even close to the roof, then used what looks like white calk to cover the nail heads, and they went so fast that they didn't even cover the heads with the calk.
Absolute worst job I have seen. I also thought it was funny that he wouldn't give me a price for the job he just kept saying he would finalize it with the insurance company. Please people save yourself the headache and do business with a reputable contractor.

I have installed roofs on and off for Tim Fields, Classic Contracting for the past 7 years. Most recently, I was contacted around June, 2019 to install 4 roofs of which he only paid for 2. I attempted to collect on our agreed amount with no success. He has not returned phone calls and now I can't even go to an office because it has shut down as well.
After reflection I should have placed a lien against the houses for non-payment. If you choose to do business with this company make sure they have paid there material and labor bill first to avoid a lien on your property.

Classic Contracting came to the rescue when my mothers roof needed to be replaced! Not only was it done in a timely manner, but they kept the yard clean from debris. The owner was very knowledgeable and the crew was very polite. When it was all said and done the roof looks amazing. I have recommended this company to many friends. Tim made it a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for making it stress free for my mother and I.

The owner Tim was very informative and handled every aspect of the job for me by working with my insurance company so that I did not have to do a thing. Also one of the nicest & most honest contractor's I have ever dealt with. All appointments made were kept and on time when scheduled. They provided the best customer service I have ever experienced with any company, and Daphene is outstanding at her job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our roof, siding, and floors replaced and also added a deck on to the back of our home. It can be very intimidating when getting work like that done but they reassured me and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Garrett was our service writer. He always answered or returned my calls immediately when I had a question. The office called to check on progress and give me updates throughout the process. MUCH better experience than I've had with other contractors! I'll definitely be using them for all of our remodeling needs in the future.

Zero Stars.but u have to pick at least one to post feedback. Well these jokers rolled into our neighborhood in Warrensburg following a storm in 2014. SHOULDA USED A LOCAL CONTRACTOR.ironically, that was this company's exact suggested remedy when I asked them to make good on a leak 3 years later! (This is the 2nd leak.first one was obvious and immediate.
I called the "Project Manager" to complain but he had already left this company (he said they quit paying him), but gave me the cell# for the foreman who speaks English. That leak only took 2 call backs to get it fixed.) As I expected, I got the old "we're gonna hide behind our 2 year warranty" song and dance.so expect that even though they encourage you to install "25 year shingles" in their sales pitch.
In my world, if something is WRONG after 1 day or 3 years.it's still WRONG. I explained to one of their "managers" (that guy the nice secretary puts on the phone when you mention how poor their on-line reviews are) that I was going to leave negative feedback.he simply wished me "good luck." Shoulda checked online for reviews before squandering my insurance settlement. Gotta give them some props for creativity though.they used a hammer to bust holes in the roof when installing additional attic vents (no need to drag a skil saw up onto the roof that way)! So that's my story.all facts. I suggest you USE A LOCAL CONTRACTOR and check online for reviews.learn from my mistake.

Not a very professional organization at all. The quality of work from the roofers is satisfactory, however, there is a terrible communication problem within the organization. I had a new roof put on as well as gutters and screens due to hail damage. We discussed a plan on removing the roof so I could do some work in my attic before the new shingles were put down.
That didn't happen. I took vacation days three times so I could be there when they said they were coming and found they "no called no showed" all three days. I asked that they put the new roof on on a Monday or Tuesday, as I work nights. They finally showed up on a Friday, made no effort to contact me and I was woke up my hammering on my roof.
The gutter guy was terrible and did an aweful job. When I tried to get them to make the needed repairs, they were done below standards and wrong and all told it took over 4 months to get my roof replaced before I finally gave up and just paid them. I left a "manager" a voicemail telling him I wasn't satisfied but that I was saying "Uncle" and mailing them their check.
This professional company was so concerned about my unhappiness with their work, he never even returned the call. I would definately look elsewhere if you are looking for a profesisonal roofer.

Classic Contracting improperly installed a portion of my roof and now say it is not an installation issue. Water from an improperly installed row of shingle has allowed water to penetrate behind the shingles. This has allowed water to flow into the decking (rotting it completely) and then into the wall directly below the leak. This has caused the wood to rot and brick to pull away from the house.
The owner of Classic Constructions solution was to put a shingle in where there is one MISSING to keep the water from getting behind the shingles, this will stop the water from getting behind the shingles and then in to the wall below, If it needs to be there now to STOP it shouldn't have been there the first time you did it? Owner would not address associated issues from the leak in the roof due to the improper installation ( or lack there of ) a shingle.
I am concerned that there is mold now in this was as well as untold water damage. The owner will NOT stand behind his installation and will only blame you for his company's poor workmanship. Do yourself a favor and use a company that will stand behind their installation and in the end you wont have to fight in court to get them to address the problem they created.
All I wanted was it to be fixed but he was having none of that. A warranty is only as good as the person that stands behind it and I assure you Classic Contracting is not standing behind theirs.
