Everyone at Orion roofing was great to work with. From Jason the owner to scheduling with Jacqueline. To the crew under Eduardo and Vincente all great to work with. I had them install metal roofing, skylights, and gutters on my new additions and do additional repairs on my existing presidential shingles. Each of them answered all of my questions also were honest about the condition of my existing roof.

The workmanship is great and they take pride in their work. They aren't just there to take your money, they are there to build good relationships and take care of their customers needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them when the time comes to replace my older parts of my roof and any future projects I have. They left the worksite clean and clear of all debris and addressed all questions or concerns I had with detailed explanation and made recommendations. Really enjoyed working with them on this project.

We recently had our 4500 sqft roof replaced by Orion Roofing. I selected them after 4 bids and contractor interviews. Cost was important and Pedro gave a competitive bid and worked with me to ensure I was selecting the right product. Jaclyn was very professional and kept me apprised of the upcoming time and date of the job. I was really impressed by how quickly she responded to my emails and how well informed she was of the status.

Once the job started I was completely convinced I had selected the right company. Every single person on the crew was polite, professional and ready to answer any questions I had. The job took a week and spanned over a weekend. They always left the job site complete cleaned, picked up and trash and hauled it away daily. I mean picking up every nail at the end of a very tiring day from all over my house.think about how hard this team worked. I am delighted at how well Orion Roofing performed and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to get roof work done. These guys are great!

We are very pleased with the Orion roof replacement work. From our perspective, every part of the operation went smoothly. A quick response on our initial contact re our roof leak. A professional and thorough initial inspection and explanation of reasonable options. Quick estimate and revised estimate after discussion. followed by. A full crew on-site immediately for the demo, roof repairs and new roof installation: seemed like there was a full soccer team up there, but actually "only" 7 or 8 hard working guys.

And finally a very thorough clean-up. Great communication by Jaclyn and Pedro at every step of the way. Having to replace a roof isn't great news for any home-owner, but the Orion process was smooth and professional.

Knowledgeable, honest, and dependable I got 3 quotes from different companies. Although they were all similar in price, one company wouldn't address the patio cover that was causing rotting problems, another company did offer a solution, but Orion offered 2 solutions. One was what the other company suggested, but they also pointed out the minor flaw in that solution and offered a better option but would cost slightly more.

That's when I realized Orion crews were focused on the details and not just on the quick and easy. The crew was respectable of the property and cleaned up every night before going home. If I had questions, they were happy to answer and make sure I understood what they were doing and why so that I was happy. They took pictures of what was being done and shared them with me.

During the process there were 2 issues that were unforeseeable. On both occasions we discussed the options and they went the extra effort to get it how they would want it to be done if it was their home. They truly treat your home like it was theirs. Orion is invested in your home and not just in the profits. I could not be happier with the work they did and the care they had. They were wonderful to work with from the front office to the roofing crew at my place. I highly recommend Orion for their quality, respect, knowledge and honesty.

Very professional from Pedro the salesperson, Sergio the job forman and Jacyln the office manager. It was a pleasure doing business with them all. The quote was in the ball park and the work they did was excellent. They did my daughters roof, too. Highly recommend them.

Our roofing project was completed yesterday, and we are very pleased with the results! Due to the weather, we had to wait a few weeks to get started but the company kept us informed about when we could expect them. Everyone we dealt with were courteous, professional and helpful. The crew was great, and cleaned up our property at the end of each day.

They worked so hard, even in the rain, to complete the job in a timely manner. We had purchased gutter guards from Costco, and they installed them for us at the end of our re-roof for the cost of labor. Highly recommend Orion for your roofing needs!

This winter we began to have small leaks in our roof. Orion roofing came out, helped determine that we did actually need a new roof and thus helped tarp the roof until they were able to put a new roof on. The new roof is now on the house and Orion did a fantastic job. The crew that was at our house worked hard, I could tell they cared about quality craftsmanship, they were very professional and the process of clean up after each work day and then at the end of the project, again things were very well done. We have lived in our partially flat roofed Rummer home for 28 years. This is the third roof we have had to have installed. We are so pleased with Orion's work that we are recommending them to our neighbors. We experienced knowledgeable and communicative estimator and crew supervisors (Pedro Cruz and brothers). They know what they are talking about and what they are doing.

The rest of the crew was polite, hard working, and neat. We had added some extra sheet metal for our fascia, which ended up taking much longer than expected to install. It was done with no extra charge beyond the estimate and no complaint. Replacement of some dry rot was reasonably priced and done well. Rummer roofs are tough. I think they got it!

I recently hired J. Vaughan Roofing (Orion Roofing & Sheet metal) to tear off and re-roof an apartment complex that I own. We previously went with another local company that claimed to have experience working on flat roofs and commercial buildings but obviously they didn't. The roof failed and we had to redo the whole thing. We did a lot of research before picking another company fix the mess and I'm sure glad we went with Orion.

I felt safe going with a company that's been around for 20+ years under the same name & same CCB they started with. Their track record looked great on paper, but once I met with the guys I was even more impressed. Jason, Pedro and the crew were fantastic to work with. They were punctual, organized and kept the property in pristine condition during the project. I was very impressed with their product knowledge and overall professionalism. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

This is only the second roof that I have had to replace in my lifetime. J. Vaughan came highly recommended and I can see why. They were punctual, clean and delivered exactly what they promised.
