I would like to say thanks again for the excellent re- roofing job you did on my home in April 2004. Most of my neighbors had some degree of roof damage during the September hurricanes except for my house. The roof, being less than one year old and your company's excellent installation, saved the day!

We are extremely satisfied with how the new roof turned out. We were impressed with your equipment, your competent, courteous crew and your personal supervision of the job. In addition, your availability to answer questions after hours was greatly appreciated.

They just finished up the roof on my Mother-in-Laws house in Melbourne, they did a quick and excellent job as always. I also had them do our house in Satellite Beach twice in the 25+ years we lived there. Talk about being in business locally for a long time! I've recommended them to friends, and all have been very happy with the work, communication and attention to detail. You really can't go wrong with these guys. Thanks so much Jim!

I heard so many good things about him. Guess he is too busy but he could have just said so. I set an appointment for my mom, waited 2 hours. Never showed, no call back, nothing. I called back to see if I had misunderstood. Got an answering machine. Left message. No call back still. Guess he doesn't need the business. Others do so I'll go with someone else. UPDATE: The office manager did call me after seeing this review and apologized.

She said she was out of the office and the owner took the call and must not have put it on the right schedule. I appreciate the call but wonder if I hadn't written a review if my message on the answering machine would have ever been returned. I'll keep looking for a roofer who needs the business and not take a chance. I did upgrade 1 more star because they could have just ignored this review but my original Justification for the rating stands true.

Jim Behan (J.K. Behan Roofing) is my Contractor of Choice. I receiced 3 other very Professional Roofer's qoutes & he was the most competitive & equally as knowledgeable & professional as the other two Roofers. Jim was very straight forward & didn't sugar coat anything or misrepresent any of his scope of work. He is a man of his word that other Contractors should strive to emulate as it would take much of the confusion which exists when dealing with Post-Catastrophic events like a Hurricane.

Stay away! Had made an appointment that they missed and never called very unprofessional. Then when I called several days later and told them I was not happy that they missed the appointment and never called the guy said "I don't care etc". Very rude and unprofessional stay away!
