The company was established in 1990 by Steve Haskins, after working in the construction arena thirteen years. Steve learned first hand the appreciation for hard work and craftsman-like skill required in building a house. Most importantly, his experience has gained him the knowledge to understand that a roof, properly installed will add years of quality to any building or home. The mission of Express Roofing is to provide quality workmanship, use quality materials and install proper ventilation to meet 100% customer satisfaction.

They replaced my roof in 2019, I have since realized they did not replace a vent boot. The boot was new, installed by a handyman because of a leak around the vent prior to the new roof. So now I still have a leak around the vent. I made contact in Dec 2021 to ask that they replace the boot they removed. I was told that they would get to it, I've sent texts and attempted a letter by mail. That was returned. When a company puts that Christian fish logo on their estimate, one would expect to be dealing with good folks. Just not so.

We used express roofing 2 years ago to replace our roof. We then needed new gutters a few years later after our roof was replaced and in that process we found out that express roofing did not replace some of the drip edge and what they did replace they installed it incorrectly. We have called them several times and they will not return our calls. If they do return our calls they say they will come out and fix it and has never shown up.
Now almost 3 years later it is still not fixed, we are in The process of having someone else do it and we are out money! I would NOT use Express roofing! You can not trust them to do a good job!

Do yourself a favor & do NOT use this "company". Son "took over" for Father. They do NOT honor their warranty. REPEAT.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nothing but CROOKS using excuse after excuse after excuse. See photos for their AMATEUR "work". STILL LEAKING, DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Getting ready to have ANOTHER re-roof, by a REAL COMPANY who DOESN'T remove flashing & counter flashing WITHOUT consulting homeowner. Pics show least of issues. Garage ceiling sheetrock is falling in due to this "company" ineptness.

Called them to do my roof. They gave me a quote, told them I wanted it done. Didn't hear from them for almost 2 weeks. Called them again and gave some excuse on why, then said they'll be there no later then Monday to do it. That was over a week ago. Again, no calls or anything. If this is how they do business I don't want any part of it. If they don't want to do it is it that hard to just say so? Terrible!
