Kreiling provided me with first-class service in resurfacing a roof above my garage that I use as a terrace. The job presented unique challenges, as the area has a wrought iron railing around the perimeter as well as two downspouts and a rusted gutter. The crews' work was done beautifully. They were as quiet as they could be given the job, and they left my property immaculate. I highly recommend Kreiling!

We called Kreiling for my mother's house. We thought she needed a new roof. The man who came to look at the roof told us that all she needed was a little routine maintenance. He said the roof was in excellent shape. We learned two things from this experience: 1. The roof was in good condition. 2. Kreiling is an honest company that doesn't try to get you to pay for unnecessary repairs.

Prompt, Professional, and Courteous are the hallmarks of our experience with Kreiling Roofing. Our most notable example (supported by others) was a September 27, 2019, lightning strike that penetrated our roof in one area and exited in another. We discovered the extent of the roof holes on Saturday morning and Kreiling had them patched by mid-day and fully repaired early the following week.

In each of our calls to Kreiling we've received prompt service, well-documented with on-roof photos of damage and repairs. Even as we acted in advance of insurance adjusters, our insurance company found their costs competitive and appropriate for the work completed. We are most assuredly happy customers.

I can't say enough good about this company. They were super prompt in responding to my inquiry, in getting an estimate to me, and in doing the actual work. The two young men who did the work (removing a leaking skylight and patching the membrane roof) were pleasant and courteous, and cleaned up everything's better than most companies I have used. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any of my future roofing needs.

We are extremely happy with our experience with the Kreiling Roofing Company! Roof repairs are unpredictable and their willingness to accommodate our need upon little notice during winter months was outstanding! Kreiling Roofing's Staff was very experienced, and their roofing knowledge helped us resolve a leak issue until spring (March, 2020) when a new roof could be installed.

After the hailstorm in November, I contacted my insurance company regarding possible hail damage to our roof. They referred me to three roofing companies for an estimate of damage. Kreiling was the first one I called. I was informed there would be an $80 charge for the inspection. Our roof was inspected within three days. I was told that we had significant damage (6 on a scale of 1-10). Subsequently, we had inspections done by two other roofing companies an independent adjuster dispatched by our insurance company.

None of the other companies charged for the inspection and all three said we had no roofing damage. I feel like we spent $80 for inaccurate information. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Earlier this year of 2017 (I think it was sometime in April or May), the president of Kreiling called me to discuss my concerns regarding my initial review found above.

I complained about $80 charge. He explained that they charge for the inspection because of the "many wild goose chases they encounter". My reply was that none of the other roofing companies charged a fee. He asked me what they could do and I suggested a refund of the $80. He said he would consider it and let me know. I also questioned why his inspector found "significant damage" and the other three inspectors found very little damage.

He asked if he could personally inspect our roof and provide us with a report of his findings. I agreed to let him do that as long as we were not charged. It is now mid-September and I have heard nothing regarding the refund NOR the re-inspection.
