Kimball Roofing & Repairs

This was the second time I used Kimball Roofing to cover my flat roof with a special product that last over 20 years with zero problems.

I felt the charge for roof repair quite high. It took the repairman 30 minutes to put silicone on and around the roof hot water vent where it had begun to leak the previous night. The same work was done by Kimball roofing less than 2years ago.

I felt like this company was reputable so they would be a good choice for our siding installation. I will not recommend this company. Their communication was almost non existent. I was given an estimated install date approximately 1 month out after paying half down, which was substantial. When the time came and no one contacted me I called to see when it would be installed.

They gave me a different day. When no one showed up, I called them back and was told that my material was no longer being manufactured and they didn't know when it would be available. I fell this information should have been communicated to me as soon as they found out the material was not available. Not when the projected install date and come and gone.

I was informed we could go with another option, and decided to do that and was given another install date. The date came and no one showed up. I called again and left a message. I was contacted by them the next day, and they said their employee had an emergency and could not make it the day before. I said I understood, and they set up a date for the next day.

The employee and helper showed up, but did not have a very professional attitude. Their clean up process was not at all professional. We are still finding staples and bits and pieces of siding that was left from the installation. When I asked about a warranty, they said that vinyl siding does not have a warranty. That's fine, but they said there was no warranty on their labor.

Very disappointed in this company. After posting my review, the owner of Kimball roofing reached out to me and discussed my issues. I was informed there was a warranty for my siding and he said he would send someone out to clean up whatever was left on the property. We discussed communication is vital. Especially during times when product availability is an issue.

After speaking with Kimball I would recommend his company, he felt it was important to speak with me about the issues and make it right. To me, that's great business and customer service oriented. Thank you Kimball.

Seems the job Kimball did was very good. The only issue we had was the installation of the Attic vents. They were supposed to add more and they didn't. We just had to ask and then came out and made it right. Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

When I noticed my skylights were leaking, I contacted several local vendors to bid on putting in new skylights. Kimball was the only one of the vendors who noticed there was a hole in the flat roof close to the skylights, and added the repair to their bid. Even though they were among the higher bidders, I was impressed by their noticing what needed to be done, rather than just what was asked for, so I hired them.

When the time came to install the skylights, Benjamin quickly removed the old ones and put in the new ones, as well as fixing the hole in the roof. He then noticed several other problem spots on my roof and proceeded to seal them at no extra charge. Overall I was impressed by their attention to detail, experience, and pro-activeness. If I ever need anything done to my roof again, I know who to call.

Kimball Roofing worked with me to get my roof replaced. They stood by their estimate even though it took me a while to get my financing in order. The materials met my requirements for the most environmentally friendly for the price I could afford. Scheduling the job in the middle of winter was a bit frustrating but they had the job done in 3 days between storms. I have recommended them to my other family members.

Kimball Roofing did a great job recently repairing damage on our roof. They completed the work as promised and were even able to closely match shingle colors. We're very happy with the results. Service: Roof repair

I am thrilled with Kimball Roofing. My rain gutters were leaking like crazy, and a previous company told me that the roof was the issue. Gary, from Kimball Roofing inspected the situation and was very confident that the problem was the rain gutters. He was personable and friendly! A crew came out promptly and fixed the rain gutters. They are sealed and work amazingly well! Gary was right! The problem was the rain gutters, not the construction of the tile roof. A big thanks to Gary!

Great service, friendly staff, and quality work! They were able to inspect the damage and provide an estimate within one day of our initial call. They came to the site twice to show metal roof sample colors. Our new roof looks amazing and they did a fantastic job in leaving the job site clean. We will definitely use Kimball Roofing again!
