Guy and Affordable Roofing are the best. I own a commercial building in Vacaville that is a challenge for any roofer. My contractor recommended Guy. He did a phenomenal job reroofing a 1988 built building and left NO debris in the tear off of the old roof. Two years ago we had a major leak and he came right ouT. Turns out it was not the roof but the stucco walls which were not properly sealed by the painter.
I have always found Guy to be very honest, very professional with workmanship first class, and he was immediately responsive when we had our leak and helped to detect the problem. Highly recommend. I think the negative reviews are from salesman because a highly reputable contractor in Vacaville recommended Guy.

Guy-> Affordable Roofing replaced our roof in one day! They came in removed all the old roofing, repaired and replaced with High-quality products-including new ridge vents and hauled off All the old roof-leaving my yard clean & home with a brand new roof! They took care of all permits and followed up to be sure all was signed off & sent our guarantees to us!
The price was very fair and he kept in communication with us during process, did exactly what we asked. We could not have been more pleased that we had Guy Tigner Affordable Roofing replace our roof.

Called in for a quote picked up scheduled time and never showed up called again i asked why no one showed up and responded with a really poor attitude send my kid to the address on here to ask if they could or could not give us a quote and responded with "I dont want anything from you" got another company to do the job with amazing warranties DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Critical: Professionalism They don't even have an office the owner works out of home I called for a quote and they didn't pick up when I knocked at his door for info on a quote he simply said I don't want anything from you and slammed the door in my face I took my business to another company that very same day. DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY! I called to get my roof repaired and wanted to be home when the repairs were done but these guys left a message and came out to repair the roof even though we told them we wanted to be home. However I was sleeping when I heard them on the roof. They were done with the repairs in 15min. I guess this is why they wanted to do the work when know one was home. SCAMMM!
I paid over $1200 for repairs after a inspection done by the owner Named GUY. After inspecting the roof myself I noticed broken tiles were not replaced but glued back on. I also was missing a few tiles. After I called he sent someone out to install tiles where they were missing. I asked if they normally leave tiles out and GUY had no comment. Also the corner end covers looked like they were cut out with a pocket knife as I compared them to my neighbors and theirs looks professionally done. Their is definitely nothing professional about Affordable roofing BEWARE!

Ten years ago, my husband and I built our dream house. We did a lot of the work ourselves, but we knew when we needed a professional to do certain parts of the job. We hired Guy Tigner with Affordable Roofing to roof our home. It is very hot in the summer at our place, and Guy was knowledgeable about the latest reflective materials. He was able to get us one of the few products that provided the reflective capability out on the market at that time.
A decade later, we have had no problems with our roof, and it still looks as attractive as the day it was completed. We were so satisfied with the work on our home, that we hired Guy this past spring to roof our rental house. The job was done in a timely manner, and his workers kept the job area cleaned up. Guy also builds gutters, and he did a great job on them. Fortunately for us, he was able to match our trim color perfectly. We would recommend Guy Tigner for your roofing needs!

I called for free estimate to replace roof but got a bill for $100. Was told they did temp repair without authorization (no call to me made). Told renter he would do temp patch while measuring roof without saying there would be a charge. Spent less then five minutes and about $2 on wet patch. The estimate contract says they charge at $58 per hour. This is how they charge you for the so called free estimate. Cost them a $7985 job. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
