Paul and I were very pleased with the work done on our hose. Tom, you were well organized and caused us no problems - from the way you worked our job in to beat the rain, to putting the gutter covers back on in the rain! We will most definitely reccommend you to everyone we know.

Anytime I use them they are GREAT! In one case a chain came loose that they had installed months before in the drain/gutter and they sent TWO guys out the next day and spent hours fixing it, charged me NOTHING! It is just so great to have this level of quality and honesty in a construction business. No reason to use any other roofer ever!

It was a pleasure dealing with Crandall Roofing. Daniel G. was the estimator and project leader. He's very knowledgeable, professional, honest, courteous and friendly. He ensured all loops got closed, excellent communication skills! At no time did we feel pressured to buy specific items or options, he presented the information well and let us make the decision.

The options he suggested seemed well justified to enhance our roof and glad he suggested them. Tony was the foreman and he and his workers were very efficient, we were surprised how quickly the old roof was removed and replaced over two days. They cleaned up the area, so we couldn't tell they were there, except for seeing the new roof. Our roof was 29 years old, we chose the Hickory color and are very pleased with its rich red/brown hues, the roof looks great! Gaby and Christine (office employees) were equally courteous and friendly, whenever I had to speak to them for the various appointments in the process. We got a million bids for our new roof and Crandall was the cheapest (only by a little) and they booked our job the soonest. On top of that, their team was super friendly, professional, tidy, and on time. It was a great experience. 100% recommend. Service: Roof installation

I called Crandall Roofing after the recent storm. They claimed that they had received hundreds of calls, and to get an estimate, I would have to wait till the end of November till early December. The only way to get them to my house earlier would be to do an emergency repair that would cost $550 up to the first hour plus the cost of materials, then $115 per man hour after that.

They emailed me this quote, and I never heard back from them for an appointment. Since then, I called another roofing company in Napa, and they charged me a total of $89.00 for the repair. I feel that this company uses predatory pricing. It is unacceptable to treat people in this manner, especially after a storm, and I hope that they consider changing that practice.

Crandall just installed two overlay roofs for us and the office staff and on-site crew were a great combination of professional, yet friendly, and instilled great confidence from the first day. They were responsive to my needs and inquiries and were excellent in scheduling and follow-through. While at our property, the crew were all professional and courteous at all times.

I was so impressed with how they all cleaned up at the end of every day and at the end of the job. I am assuming that we will be equally pleased with the integrity of our roofs as time passes.

Selected Crandall after reviewing 3 bids for our new cement tile roof. liked the fact that they were local, source tile made in California and had been very responsive to repair of our old roof. Jack was great throughout the process. Provided the bid and kept me up to date on the process and timing. Augustine led the install crew and they were fantastic. Started every day at 7:30am and cleaned up at the end of each day. Took a total of 5 days for tear off and replace. in this day and age it is so nice to deal with a company that does what it says. Kudos to Jack, Augustine, Gabby and the crew at Crandall. Highly recommended!

I have worked with other roofing companies in the past and NONE come close to how great this company was to work with due to their proficiency, knowledge, and rapid response to my problem. I live in a Condiotti house, and we've lived here for 25 years. On stormy nights there has been a drip that we had called and had 'repaired' I'd say 5 times in the past 10 years.

As the torturous drip ALWAYS came back we just would be confused and sad, and try not to kill each other as it was pinging right behind our heads all night. But my friend Kelli raved about her roofers and I thought I'd try again. I spoke to the NICEST person on the phone who had a crew out within a DAY, and it was raining as he went up there and diagnosed the whole problem.

He did a quick fix to get through the storm of the day. NO PING. He said they could come back in about a week for the permanent repair and that he knew what was going on. It was the cap (which we asked about and had been 'taken care of' multiple times by 'roofers', and we were missing 2 FEET worth of chimney pipe necessary for proper function.

The price was well worth it, the people are incredibly nice, and they literally fixed a job that no one else could (or I guess wanted to) but the other hacks were more than willing to bill us. I'd bet dollars to donuts that we are not the only house with this issue. If you have it, too, Crandall Roofing is the ONLY place to call. I'd call them for any future problem, and refer them immediately to everyone. Oh, and did I mention their professionalism during the pandemic?

Exactly what you would expect.masks, social distancing, and understanding of the importance during this pandemic. I wish I could give more stars, and I wish they could give a class on business practices to their competition so that other people don't go through what we did.

Crandall Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our nearly 30-year-old roof. The crew was here and gone in about three days. They made a rather large roofing job go smoothly and without incident. They show up when they say they will and they clean up at the end of the day. I have now had them back to clean off my roof. They service what they sell!;-

The roof on our house was damaged in high winds. Being new to the area we asked for referrals and Crandall Roofing was on all of the lists. Arturo was at our house the next morning. He reviewed the damage and offered a couple of options. We decided to replace a section of roof. The Crandall team completed all of the work by 4 PM that afternoon, beating the storm that arrived that night. Awesome job!

We had Crandall clean off our roof and inspect it. They also cleaned all the gutters on our house. Their correspondence was very responsive. They arrived exactly when they said they would and despite all the needles, sticks and leaves they got off the roof and out of the gutters, the area around our house was literally spotless when they left. The crew was very nice, a great bonus. I would highly recommend Crandall.

Love my new Crandall roof! You people came out in less than a week from the time I called to schedule the estimate and you gave me a fair estimate that was within my budget for the amount of work that needed to be done to make my new roof look great and last a lifetime! And the time it took to complete the job from first to last nail was less than 2 days! And everybody was very prompt and courteous from Daniel to Gaby and everybody in between! I think a company should be judged not only for the completed job but how they help you after. I was concerned about the flange around an exhaust pipe on the roof. Mind you the roof install was 3 years ago. I dreaded calling because times are so crazy and thought I may get the run around. Nope, just the opposite! They came out within days and checked and secured all my exhaust pipe flanges AND blew the leaves off my roof! More than I ever expected. I have never given a yelp review but I felt they really deserve a thumbs up! Thank you! Meg Pieper

I was working with Thomas to get a new roof and integrated solar panels = $30k+ project for my home. I was impressed with his follow-up initially. He sent me multiple (incomplete) roofing quotes that kept changing as the solar proposal was refined. As a result, I had many questions to ensure I understand the total cost, the rebate, the tax credit, etc.

At this point, he sent an email to me essentially snubbing me for asking too many questions and jumping to conclusions about my intent. My intent was to work with Crandall on this large project as long as they send me one clear contract and a complete proposal, which I had to request several times. On multiple occasions, Thomas reminded me that Crandall has a lot of projects lined up and that he was very busy! I am going with a different (and slightly more expensive) roofer now, one who treats me with respect and courtesy and who values my business.

Crandall Roofing provided me with quick service when I had a roofing issue. Tom was very responsive and gave me all the info I needed to make the best choice. I would reccomend Crandall Roofing because of their honesty, knowledge and quality work.

I called Crandall Roofing to set up an estimate appointment. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful. My estimator showed up on the day of the appointment and was also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was looking forward to his estimate. I explained that I was leaving for vacation in a couple days and would be gone for a week, so no rush to get the estimate back right away.

Four days after my return with still no emailed estimate, I called and left a message. No reply. I waited a few more days and called again. Hey, I'm flexible, and realize mistakes happen. I'm busy, too. No biggie. I was still interested in considering this company for my new roof. However, This time I spoke to a woman who was disinterested and unapologetic about the lack of communication from Crandall since the estimator visited my home.

I gave her my information and asked if she would look into it and give me a call back. No response since. Zip. Nothing. The 2 stars are for the friendly estimator & his professionally done packet of info. So long, Crandall.

These people are excellent. They came exactly when they said they would, stripped a 4000 square foot roof and detached garage and hauled it all away same day. The next day the materials were all delivered to the roof using an elevator truck. Some rotted sheeting was found and replaced at a very reasonable additional charge. Shingling was begun midway into the 2nd day and completed on the 3rd day.

Clean up was done each day at the end of the day and so far we haven't found a single stray nail. They were extremely efficient and the contract price was the final price other than some extra for metal vents and plywood sheeting, which could not be known until the shingles were stripped. They even shingled our gazebo at no additional charge. Thank you Crandall Roofing.

These guys are awesome! Fantastic job re-roofing our 1634 sq ft home. They started Monday morning and were done before 5 the next day. They even cleaned each day, yard looked better than before they came!

I'm very happy with these guys! Jim came out and gave me a quote when he said he was coming, they stared and finished when they said they would and they did what they said they would do! Jim remained available when I had questions and took the time to explain the why and how they approached the process and any issues that may arrive. The crew hustled throughout the entire project (no slackers!) and also took the time to respectfully answer questions.

In two days my old roof was removed, replaced and they left the grounds as clean and tidy as they found them. It's refreshing the hire someone who does what they say they're going to do for the price they said it would be!

Leaking Roof Repair --- Great company, a little pricey, but they came out within 5 hours of when I called. This was my second time using them and they were wonderful again. It was $375 minimum for the first hour was more than the $250 I paid back in 2015 but whatever. Daniel and Augustine came out and found the leak right away. Rats had snuck under the tiles and chewed the tar paper.

They put new tar paper on, and cleaned out the debris causing the leak in about 30 minutes. They spent the last of their time checking for other issues, checked the gutters, fixed chipped tiles, notified me of a crack in a vent (which they caulked in the interum) then leaf blowed all the mess away and told me how the rats were getting ont the roof. All in the one hour minimum. Thanks again!

Jim came out to perform estimate which fell within our budget, gave a tentative date (of course weather and job priority dependent) and the team showed up right on time. Two days later we have new roofs on our home and garages. The workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up so well, doesn't look like anyone was here! Very happy with the results and will refer our family and friends.

Crandall Roofing just finished my roof on Clover Dr this past weekend and I couldn't be happier. Thomas estimated the job and Juan was the lead roofer and they were excellent. Price was good, the crew was very professional and they got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome company! Stan, owner, was professional, thorough and available throughout the job. His knowledge about roofing and what we needed was impressive, and the completed roof (and gutters) exceeded our expectations. The work crew were all polite and professional. They were so cautious, laying down tarps to minimize debris spill, and each night, picked/cleaned up. They went over and beyond to be sure the job was done right and we were happy. Beware of this Company! I was recently given a bid to have my garage roof replaced by this company. A time was established and it never happened. It was impossible to pin them down for a specific start date. We became very frustrated and backed out of the contract. In all fairness they did refund our $500 dep in a timely manner. I would think twice about using Crandall if I were you.

They are not reliable or forthcoming. I find it ironic that they post these radio adds touting how much they care about their customers. Actions speak louder than words. Don't get screwed. Call someone ELSE!

Crandall Roofing is top notch! From the original estimate appointment to completion they were all over it. Thomas kept me informed on everything and delivered an end result that is amazing! I have and will continue to only recommend Crandall.
