Dalton help us find a gutter solution to meet our needs. He was a true expert and it showed. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Josh, Michael and Danielle were fantastic. They made sure to ask questions and downspout positions and desired runoff locations. It was the finishing touches that really impressed us. They went above and beyond to make sure the details matched our desires. Levi, the project manager stopped to make sure the project was proceeding as expected.

The company commitment to quality has earned our highest respect. We have put 9 roofs and 10 gutters on this house and this set of gutters clearly is the best quality and installation so far. Thanks for helping us protect our largest investment.

We had our roof replaced last October. During the roof process, it rained and leaked in our house. While they were responsive in looking for damage, it was still irritating that they had not taken the precautions to avoid it in the first place. When the job was finished, the final price was more than our estimate. We were short from the check our insurance gave us.

The process to get the insurance to approve the extra charges was tedious. We reminded in contact with Turner and were apologetic for the time COVID-19 threw another wrench in this, and our insurance inadvertently closed the case. I finally got it reopened and a check en route. I would be paying them in full. And they sent me to collections. When I called them, they acknowledged that they had been in frequent contact with us, but that they "had" to send us to collections anyway.

While I have no complaints about the final product, I do not recommend them. It has been an incredible hassle for us, between the leaking, the extra funds, and now all of the work I have to do to make sure it doesn't damage my credit.

Hired this company to put a new roof on my parents house and I was very impressed, not just by the quality of work, but also by how polite and honest the crew was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants any roof work done.

I had to have my roof replaced as part of an insurance claim, which I have never done before. The office staff at Turner helped me understand the process so I could more forward with confidence. Next, Luke inspected my roof. He was friendly and honest and showed me where another roofer that allegedly had patched my roof had misled me, leading to water damage in my home. Luke then patched the roof for me until his crew could do a complete job.

He also gave me estimates based on various options so I could make an informed decision. And then there was the roofing crew themselves. They were AMAZING! Not only did they do a great job quickly, they were also incredibly considerate. They were mindful of my little boys and were very kind to them. They also were meticulous in their cleanup since they knew both dogs and children play in my yard.

But what really set them apart for me was that they took down the American flag that flies in front of my house, rolled it up, and put it in a safe place so it wouldn't get damaged by roofing debris. Then, when the job was complete, they rehung it for me. You don't generally find that level of consideration in companies anymore. I strongly recommend Turner to anyone in need of a roof.

Roofing company replaced our roof in 2007 and have been amazing since then. Repaired a leak around a skylight after a major snowstorm almost immediately and have given us the best customer service we could ask for. Recently we needed them to look at our roof - they were prompt, timely, and made sure all of our requests were taken care of.

Have recently had this company do some much needed repair work on a 15 year old cement tile roof. A lot of roofers just don't get it when it comes to working on this kind of roof. The estimate of cost was received promptly, The price was acceptable, The work was started promptly, and completed in a timely manner. The man doing the work was very knowledgeable about tile roofs.

What an unethical company. Steer clear as the company is very unprofessional. First time I dealt with them a inspector rang the bell I was just getting out of the shower so I yelled through the door one minuet and turn around 30seconds later he is already on the roof standing in the window of the room I'm getting dress in. PEEPING TOM needs to learn some patience.

I call the company upset leave my info with the receptionist and NEVER hear back from them. Then they come to do the roof and this time it's before 8am and I wake up to many men standing in the window of my room. They didn't even knock this time they just got right up on the roof in the windows PEEPING TOM'S. I go outside and ask why they didn't knock first and get yelled at by a gentleman that is not their policy to knock first. REALLY DOES THIS COMPANY NOT EVEN HAVE COMMON COURTESY.
