Absolute Roofing

From beginning to end Absolute has been a dream to work with! They were very responsive. Colte was awesome. I was able to text any questions and he even helped when he wasn't in office. I am so glad we found this company! Our roof and gutters look awesome! They worked with our insurance and made this the easiest process for us. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Payton L. went above and beyond in helping us determine the cause of a roof leak and the repair of that leak. He was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough in evaluating our roof and making the necessary repairs to stop the leak. We had called "the other guys" (just like their commercials state) to repair the leak before calling Absolute Roofing.

Just like their commercials, calling "the other guys" resulted in us having to call Absolute to make an accurate assessment and repair! I will always call Absolute Roofing first from now on! Highly recommend!

I got several quotes to have my old roof removed, and a new one installed. This company gave me the best quote. Within a month my shingles were placed on my roof. The very next day a crew showed up and started the tear off of the old roof. The crew never stopped. The foreman kept working while the crew took lunch. By the end of the day my brand new roof was finished and it looks great. They left my yards cleaner than when they arrived. They even used a magnet to recover any loose nails. We used "Absolute Roofing" back in July or August for a total tear-off and re roof (3 layers of shingles over original shake shingles). Every single person we dealt with from start to finish were absolutely awesome! Very friendly, informative, and professional. Always on time, quick responses, and helpful advice along the way. The crew that did our roof were extremely hard working guys, starting at sun up, working till after sunset.

They knocked job out in 3 days, they also were very respectful, and cleaned up every little bit of evidence that a roof repair had even been done. Covered all plants and made sure all nails were picked up throughout yard, and streets. I can't imagine any other company working harder to satisfy it's customers than this one! Above and beyond! This was the 1st time us and 4 neighbors hired absolute to fix the roof's from hail damage. and no one on this block will ever hire absolute roofing again. mike the owner doesn't have a clue what is going on with his company and is so clueless that he can never answer a question until he asks one of his employees and gets back to you in a few days. they always called to let us know when they would be there, but they never showed up on the day they said they would. then showed up announced a day or two later if at all. they're are incompetent untrained and you have to know spanish if you want to tell them something because none of the workers speak english. and most of the time there wasn't anyone there that did speak english. their employees are keeping and re selling the metal from the metal roof buildings and then breaking deals they made while the owner is telling us they take it to recycle it, but they don't. Mike lies and will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear, but he never takes responsibility and actually blamed us for tearing up our private road in front of the driveway with his trailer, 1st he made excuses, then he said the road was messed up down the street too, so he shouldn't have to pay for the damage his idiot crew caused and they did it more than once!. he said it was too steep, when I gave him many ways of doing it without tearing up the driveway, he did not tell his all mexican crew how to do it, in fact he did nothing and I had to withhold paying until he finally came out and fixed the road. we have other neighbors getting a new roof right now, they were going to hire absolute roofing until i stopped them, and I will keep telling everyone how awful absolute roofing is I call them Absolute worst Roofing. so glad we never have to deal with them again. it took a year to get them to come fix our roof once we had hired them, of course they told us it would be done much sooner, but mike is an incompetent lying a hole. don't believe a word he says. learn from this neighborhoods mistake and don't hire them. none of us ever will again

Absolute Roofing was professional and timely. The crew was very respectful and hardworking. This company was extremely easy to work with especially with employees like Colt! Colt took the time to make sure all of our needs were met, and that every thing in the contract was understood. First time in a long time for us dealing with a company that we were paying a good amount of money to and we didn't feel lied to and manipulated, Thanks to Colt. We will be bragging about Absolute Roofing and our very attracted new roof for some time to come!

Absolute roofing did an awesome job installing my roof. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had another very popular Springfield company replace my roof 13 years ago and it started leaking the first rain after they were done. I had to have another roofer to make several repairs at my expense from day one. But since absolute did my roof we have had many rain storms and zero leaks.

My roof is a difficult type of roof to deal with, but absolute was able to address and accomplish a leak proof quality roof. Plus they worked with my insurance to cover all expenses over the adjusters estimate. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 100. I'm that happy with their workmanship. Ken.

Wow - if I were to go into the roofing business, this would be the way I would build it. Price was competitive compared to other quotes. Everything was so simple with Absolute. From initial contact to installation - I found the process seamless and convenient. We had our estimate in our inbox less than a couple hours after Colt inspected. I was able to ask questions via email and chat along the way and they were always quick to respond.

The install only took a day and the crew left our place with no trash or debris - like they'd never been there, minus the new beautiful roof. I was able to pay online. Everything was just easy, easy, easy every step of the way. (Which is nice for someone who works full time and has kids and has never bought a roof before.) 100% would recommend to a friend.

Quick to respond to questions and very helpful in what needs to be done. I got quotes from a few other companies and all were very close in pricing, but Absolute Roofing always returned my calls, with questions, very quickly; some of the other companies never called me back after giving the quote. Clean up was also excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any and all roofing needs.

Absolute Roofing replaced my roof and gutters last month and I was extremely happy with their work. They were quick to respond with any questions I had, the work was done well and quickly, and the entire area was cleaned up really well. They dealt with the insurance more than I did, which I think I appreciated most of all. I feel very comfortable with their work, integrity, and level of service.

We received hail damage in a storm last year and have a 13/12 pitch on a 1931 historic house so finding someone qualified to perform the work was difficult. We received a couple of quotes and Absolute Roofing was the only one that met the price our insurance was willing to pay. They were professional, very quick once the work began and extremely thorough in their cleanup.

The quality of the install is fantastic and we were extremely happy with the kindness and work ethic of the crew as we installed tile on an exterior porch during the install and worked alongside them for two days.

We used Absolute Roofing for a total roof replacement, and are so happy with the results. The crew was hard working, efficient and took special care to leave our home and lawn looking better than they found it. All of our communications (starting with the initial estimator all the way through the job supervisor) with the company were prompt and informative, with all of our questions being answered any time we had them. We will use them for any future needs, and recommend Absolute to everyone!

Everyone there is wonderful and willing to answer any questions and work with you on what you need. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Even checked the yard/drive again when they inspected the roof the next day. Scheduling is long because of the pandemic but they are working hard to get supplies and get you taken care of as soon as possible. They got us done sooner then planned. We're very happy with our new roof and highly recommend them.
