I called Caleb at Ridgeline on behalf of my 85 year old grandmother, who continued to have a roof leak even after being patched twice from her insurance company. Upon inspection, Caleb quickly was able to identify the issue and fix what was needed. He discussed with her the findings on her roof and gave her the information she needed should future problems arise.

The team at Ridgeline is great. Professional and fast. They tore off two layers of shingles and replaced a bunch of decking and went back with a metal roof in 3 days -on a 3800 sqft house! Michael Beasley fought the insurance company to get it all covered and managed the whole project. Good company that I will probably never have to deal with again.

Best advice is to pick your roof and get out of their way. They will take care of your property like it was their own. No mess or nails in the yard. Recommend over any roofing company I have ever dealt with (more than 3 other roofs replaced).

Unbelievable experience! Steven White came out and did a full inspection and found some issues and was very detailed with his description. Steven made it very easy and simple to get the roof replaced and even helped with the process of dealing with the insurance company! Super fast High Quality work, professionalism and customer care! I was so impressed by their responsive throughout this process. They took initiative with our insurance company and advocated for us to get the repairs we needed. Their crew was incredibly efficient, on time, and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard after the roof was installed. I can't even tell they were there! We were recently going to have the roof cleaned but upon inspection, we learned that was not the case. There was a lot of damage from weather over the years and the shingles installed originally, were not of high quality. We contacted Ridgeline Roofing and sought estimates for both a traditional shingle roof & metal. The difference in price between the two materials was negligible and opted for the latter.

Along with the new roof, we wanted new gutters. Everyone for sure has seen these commercials for all these new fancy schmancy gutters and guards. Our contact person @ Ridgeline, Michael Beasley, made a call on speaker and the man offered a rough estimate of $8,500.00. AW HELL NO! I had no idea they were that costly. What're they made of, gold? Sheesh! So, Ridgeline gave us a much better price to have new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards put in.

The installer showed us the amount of damage the shingles had endured from all the granules that were in the old gutters. We were dumbfounded. In the end, we were so glad we went with Ridgeline Roofing. Look how beautiful our house is.

From the first call, I was most impressed with Ridgeline for their knowledge, respectfulness, professionalism, and complete honesty. Not once did I feel like I was being sold on something; instead, I felt supported with sincere help. Not long after submitting my info I receive a call from Ethan, who turns out to be a local to my area. From the beginning I explained that I was only looking for an estimate or cause for my small leak and that I may not even use Ridgeline.

Even knowing that I may not use them, Ethan and his employers made sure I received the best service, as well as honest and upfront about any and all details. They are highly skilled in their trade, and the work that they do is a testament to the fact. Ridgeline has earned a lifelong customer in me. Ridgeline Roofing replaced the roofing on four of our buildings (home and outbuildings) after the hail storm that came through in late April. They did an 'Excellent' job from beginning to the end! Slade Kilgo and Caleb were very professional yet personal. The follow through was something that is rare these days. The team and the crew were second to none and stayed late making sure everything was clean! I have recommended Ridgeline to all of our neighbors and friends.
