As a Colorado Realtor, I'm frequently in the market for a new roof, either for my buyers or sellers. 1st Priority Roofing has never disappointed me. They have saved my clients sometimes thousands of dollars and have saved me hours of work. I highly recommend this company.

I don't write many reviews, but had to leave one here due to 1st Priority Roofing's great service they gave me when replacing my roof recently. I live overseas from my property so I thought it would be difficult to arrange a replacement roof. I worked with Mike who's customer service was outstanding. Mike kept me regularly updated with photos and updates and responded to any questions I had immediately.

He was patient, very respectful and a joy to work with. There was a hiccup due to the previous workmanship on the roof and Mike was very helpful in providing me various options to make me as comfortable as possible. The workmanship looked great and they really seem to know what they are doing. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others. Great job!

Mostly a perfect process, if it wasn't for the bad weather we've been having I'm sure they would have been done on time. Storm came through and gave us horrible storm damage this last year. We'd been putting it off but the roof started leaking recently. We called about a repair job but it ended up being just a little bit more to do the new roof after we looked at how much damage there really was. Finished our roof last week and we're so happy we are planning to have them our soon to do a new paint job on the exterior of our home. Thanks again 1st Priority, you really did make me your number 1 priority!

Working with 1st Priority wasn't our 1st option but it was the best option. Not only did they nail the roofing project, these guys are some of the most professional and capable roofing contractors in the area. With a certainty we can say we would never us another roofing contractor in Centennial unless these guys weren't here. Very satisfied, highly recommend for your next roofing estimate or project.

My home was hail damaged in early July and Vadym showed up at my door a couple days later and offered to look at my roof. Since then, he has literally taken care of everything and I honestly have not had to do anything from day 1. He consistently kept me updated with progress from my insurance company, roof completion status and answered all of my questions promptly over text.

He was extremely detailed and organized about the whole project and I would recommend working with him on anything. The project manager was also very prompt and organized and kept me updated periodically. The roofers and gutter installer did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased with the service from 1st priority and have hired them again to install new windows! Thank you to all for making that such a hands free, stressless process for me!

Excellent Service, kindness, and complete respect for the customer, Me. They were persistent in referring to as CSM, not my name, out of respect for who I am. Besides USAA, I have never experienced that before. Chad Williams, who was my primary care taker for fixing our roof with other damages, took complete care of my needs and answered any questions I had. We had a great experience with 1st Priority Roofing. They were very attentive from the outset and kept us informed as the process toward our roof replacement progressed. They spotted the initial hail damage during a free inspection, then accompanied the insurance adjuster when he inspected the roof. Their project managers filled in for each other to keep our process moving.

Our sales rep, Jacob, and our project manager, Mike, showed great concern over keeping us in the loop and about educating us on lesser-known aspects of roof repair. Both were also great at making sure the gutter and downspout contractor was informed of our special requests. After the roof was on, Mike followed up at least twice to make sure that final touches were not missed. I can heartily recommend 1st Priority Roofing!

I have used 1st Priority to roof 4 of my properties in the past year and half and have been VERY HAPPY with them. They are prompt and do a good job. I also have had them install windows and do exterior paint and gutters that I also have been happy with. I have worked with Vadym at 1st Priority and he is pleasant to work with and very communicative and gets things done quickly and is very good at working with insurance companies.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with 1st Priority. Everything was planned out from the start and we were kept in the loop the entire time, from the installation timeline to real time drone images of the installation to post install inspection. Absolute pleasure to work with Vadym and Eric who oversaw the entire process. Would definitely recommend 1st Priority.

I am very happy with the awesome work these guys did. I had about ten different companies quote me, and Vadym from 1st Priority was by far the most personal and honest of all of them. He kept me in the loop the entire time up until the work was completed. We went with the class 4 shingles due to the hail and crazy wind we have been getting the past few years. Paco and his team did an awesome job on the entire roof, and installing the new sky light.

They cleaned the yard up and left it just as it was before. Sylvia the office manager was also a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about working with this company from start to finish! I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about the the folks at 1st Priority Roofing. In March of last year I discovered a leak in my roof and had 3 roofing contractors come in to give me an estimate. Chad from 1st Priority stood out above the rest. He completed a thorough inspection using high-tech drones to capture images of my tile roof from above. He then reviewed the images with me, pointed out the damage that had been done, and patiently worked with me while I filed an insurance claim.

As I waited for the claim to be approved, Chad was always available via cell to answer all of the questions I had. Once the claim was approved, he handed things off to my Project Manager Mike. Mike was great while he managed the crew that did a complete reinstallation off my roof, as was the crew of hard working guys that managed to get the work done in just over 2 days. Mike made sure to walk through the job site with me, and was responsive to all of the questions and concerns I had.

The end result was a beautiful new tile roof installation, and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend 1st Priority Roofing and can vouch first-hand for their professionalism, and quality of work.

I've used 1st Priority for roof and gutter replacement on two separate properties (2016 and 2022). In both cases, they were responsive, helpful, and professional. They also communicated effectively with me, my tenants, and my insurance company. On the 2022 project, they recommended a public adjuster when the initial insurance estimate did not cover all of the hail damage they had noted during their inspection.

This led to my insurance company covering more than $12k in additional repairs. During installation, they provided daily updates and progress photos like the ones I've included in this review. I highly recommend 1st Priority.

Chad and his roofing / painting / gutter team were amazing to work with. Our home sustained substantial hail damage, requiring a new roof, gutters, and painting on our home. We upgraded to a high impact roof. Chad made this process significantly easier, from meeting with the insurance claims adjuster, explaining all of the line by line charges, coordinating the various teams, and keeping us updated with who was coming and when.

He even provided updated pictures of progress being made and sent them to us while we were at work. The office team also kept in contact with us, explaining the process and providing key contact people's names and numbers. The crews here at our home were respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up very well when done. Overall their communication and quality services were excellent. We love the quality of workmanship and how our home now looks.

This company was a pleasure to work with. The agent named Chad was very knowable and helped us navigate the insurance company woes as well as being around during our roof replacement. Having been a roofer myself in the past, they were on time, cleaned up very well and were very professional. The use of Chad's drone to see all of the damage before the replacement was wonderful. I highly recommend this company when you need a roof replacement.

Jacob and 1st Priority have been great to work with! They are courteous, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. We had a significant concern involving a manufacture's defect in the shingles that were on my home and the team at 1st Priority walked me though every step of the progress through the installation of my new roof. Jacob and 1st Priority do more than stand by their products and craftsmanship.they came back and corrected the damage done to my new roof which occurred during the re-installation of my solar panels. We were super impressed with 1st priority Roofing! Vadym was the one who helped us start the process. He was very professional and was super detailed and taking pictures of the damage to our roof and property. He also helped us by communicating with our insurance company and when they left off a lot of the damages that we had incurred, he went to the insurance company for us and made sure but they took care of all the stuff that had been damaged.

He helped make the filing process so much easier! Then the day that are Roofing stuff was delivered they were very professional and quick setting out all of the things that were needed to repair the roof. Due to rain in the forecast today in the dep having to push back the day that they did our yes. The day that they actually pulled everything off the roof and replaced all of the shingles, they were professional and the supervisor Mike checked in with me on a constant basis sending me pictures of the work they were doing throughout the day.

They were there bright and early in the morning and done before suppertime. They did a good job picking up everything that had fallen to the ground and it literally looks like no one had ever been there when they left. Mike also reached out after everyone had gone home to double-check that we were satisfied with the service we had received. Then the next day after they had put the new roof on, their customer service called us and she was super sweet and just double-checked that everything turned out good.

I had one suggestion and that was to make sure that all the gates are closed before they left, and she's totally took my concern serious and made me feel heard. All in all I would a hundred percent suggest first priority to anyone needing their roof replaced!

I highly recommend 1st Priority Roofing. Our roof had a leak from storm damage. We also had a ton of hail damage to the roof and home, too. 1st Poriorty's team worked with us and our insurance company to get not only to get the roof replaced but also to install a better roof that will stand up to future weather better and a better gutter system. that would prevent ice dams and water overflows.

They came out and put a new roof on our garage. There isn't a single sign they were ever here- no nails, no old shingles nothing except a new roof! We will use them for our house later on. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth Presbyterian Church used 1st Priority Roofing for replacing the roof on our church, manse, and a shed. The work was done within a week so that food bank services and worship services were not affected. They even worked around a spring snow storm! The work was well done. The workers were polite. The area was cleaned up each night before the workers left for home. I would definitely recommend 1st Priority Roofing for large or small roofs. I would be glad to use them again. Wayne

High quality work, they really live up to their name, i felt valued and taken care of.

Great sales person (is why we chose them), but shoddy workmanship and even worse office management. The owner's mom Silvia is the account manager with zero training in customer service because she's a sad grumpy old lady. Also unfortunately the company sub contracts out the world so the quality of work is just not great. Things like the gutters not installed correctly, trash was not picked up, nails left throughout the yard.

We asked them back to correct mistakes over the course of a few months and then COVID hit so everything was closed down for awhile however that didn't stop Sylvia from harassing us about payment and threatening collections even though she never sent us a final bill to review and had the audacity to tell me that I'm lying about never receiving the final invoice.

I eventually spoke with someone else in the office took care of the final payment promptly. I like to support small businesses but not when their service and people suck. Also, the reason they have great reviews on Google is because they give you a big discount off your bill to write a positive review and of course people do it to save dough.

We had some roofing materials come loose during the last windstorm and I called 1st Priority who had redone our roof five years ago. I left an email on their site, they came out lickety-split, and took care of the problem. Billy is very pleasant to work with and does a great job of explaining the process. 1st Priority helped us navigate the appraisal process to get full insurance approval. As a woman, I felt discounted by 10-15 "other" roofing company's sales"men" that I did not understand roofs or business. I learned you MUST check references! After 18 months, I did understand the roof terminology and roof contract language and finally chose this company. I am so glad I did! I finally had that "gut" feeling that something was different when I talked with Greg, their sales person.

I met with not only with him but the area sales manager who drove all the way from Colorado Springs to help me in my decision. They were never pushy. These people are honest and willing to work with you with from your contract to the details of the actual job. This is so hard to find in the roofing industry.even those that supposedly are rated five star! BE CAREFUL as so many of these companies only care about THEIR profits and not the customer. FYI, don't ever give any of them a cent until roofing materials are at your home and at the most, then, only a certain percentage to begin the work and no final payment until ALL WORK is done!

I called 1st Priority Roofing with a complaint. I spoke with Pam, the office manager. I found her rude in her response. She was not interested in dealing with my complaint. In fact, she laughed at it even though it violated the law. Do not contract with this company.

I started working with this company as their office manager in July. I am so impressed with their kindness, professionalism and systems they have in place. The Field Supervisors (project managers) are all very thorough and just really good people. The owners are amazing and caring. I would highly recommend this company - not because I work there, but because they're really good! They've been in business for 9 years.

We requested an inspection after having a severe hail storm. We knew many other homes in our development suffered significant damage so we expected the same. The company was very quick with scheduling the inspection but it went downhill from there. When the guy arrived (I think his name was Mike), he immediately decided to help himself into the front door and walked thru the house with his ladder.

He went outback and climbed up his ladder and took a look. He didn't even get onto the roof and inspect the entire roof. We were told we had no damage. I didn't get a good feeling about this so I had not one but TWO more contractors come out for inspections, both of who concluded we should be getting a new roof. As soon as the insurance adjuster got on the roof, he said we new roof was a must. Big miss by this company and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I don't understand how this business has so many great reviews. They really dropped the ball with my roof. Their customer service is total crap! Not only are they rude but they never call you back what-so-ever. I literally had to call SEVEN times to find out what day they were going to do my roof and they still never called me back at all. Their crew just showed up.

Although my project manager was excellent, I cannot grant them a great review because of their customer service. Every company should know that your customer service is a gateway to the company and how you earn business. I will never use these roofers ever again and will never recommend them to anyone.

I've have had my roof replaced twice and new gutters installed with 1st Priority and both times I have been happy with the results. I had received several estimates and 1st Priority worked with me, so I could meet my budget. I worked with Mike Schubert and was very impressed how honest, dependable, and knowledgeable he was. Mike was available when I needed him and communicated everything that was going on with the jobs. I would definitely use them again!

I'm actually surprised that I would see less than 5 stars review here for 1st Priority Roofing, because that's the rating they deserve from me. My experience was great from start to finish. This is my first house, and this is my first experience with property damage that requires my insurance to step in. I didn't know what to do, but I intended to do it right the first time.
