I'm going to spare you the entire story as of what the beginning issue was, however, it primarily stems from an extremel lack of communication with respect to scheduling on a quote from 3 months prior. The owner of Holland did reach out to me to find a resolution to our issue, however, I am still amazed by how the situation was handled. At one point in our conversation I was told "You are dealing with anxiety". I still can not understand the context in which that is ever appropriate to say to a customer.

Anytime I have a roofing issue, I call them first. I highly advise against hiring other general contractors as they may not be knowledgeable about roofs in winter conditions. I've learned that lesson too many times.

What a great outfit. Customer service was perfect. Lots of communication. Field crews were very polite and professional. They even assisted above and beyond while they were working on our home. We had some rot damage and needed new skylights and framing. Added costs were very well priced. I highly reccomend Holland Roofing to anyone who is considering. Thanks Holland Roofing!

Excellent work left for work before they started in the morning they were finshed when I got home at 430. All in one day. They have up to date equipment. Got to talk to one of the workers. He was very upbeat and was satisfied with holland roofing as an employer. indicative of good management. I will recommend them to anyone
