So, I'm not a renter yet, but I am looking at Triplett for a sublet. I have to admit all the poor reviews here are making me very nervous. I've always been a good renter and have a decent income, so hopefully there will be no issues. I have to move in from out of state in a bit of a hurry, and can't find anything else so short notice. The woman who answered the office phone was VERY vague or dismissive about questions regarding property insurance/ renters insurance and future maintenance issues.

I'm looking at a house to sublet and just wanted to know what the procedure was for potential issues like plumbing repairs, potential storm damage, broken heat, etc. She literally would not be clear on who deals with these issues. It's a cute house though and affordable while I save up to buy my own home! I see that Triplett has often responded to these reviews (although a bit unprofessionally and sarcastically), and I'm hoping that someone there can assure me that IF something should break, it will be fixed in a timely manner.

Other than that, I've yet to rent from them, so I couldn't tell you what they are like! I will update my review once I have more experience with them. Update: so far they have been very helpful in guiding me to a sublease agreement. I haven't had any issues over the phone with them.

Made a police report today, in regards to a unknown guy just walk into the home. We have him on camera just walking into our home, my wife was 2 blks aways at my work. Rushed home to find him standing in the kitchen, at the time she recorded him. She said, who are you? What are you doing here? His answer was to fixed our microwave and fridge. His answer: Triplett sent him.

She said, she was unaware of this and there was no notice or phone call and he says, do we have an interpreter, clearly speaking the whole time in english. He apologized and admitted he was at the wrong property. Called Triplett and got an unprofessional answer wich is no surprise. The secretary said why we just let him walk in, and said she don't see nothing on her computer for our address. Just wow!

Bad experience in the past moving into an apartment that had not been cleaned or prepared by Triplett Property management and was told they had "a lot of properties to turn over and this one had been missed somehow". This was several years ago. Was looking at reviews to see if things had changed and was concerned by all the passive aggressive comments "from owner" in which they Minimize and excused every complaint. yet ask people for full name to "resolve issue".

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this property management thus far. I filled out my application and was approved and moved into my home within a week. The home was immaculately clean when I moved in. They even have a website where you can download your least and pay your rent.

Poorly run. The owner of the company, kelly, or so she said, was very rude over the phone. Had maintenance come and do some work, didn't clean up, or even try to be mindful of my things. They sanded some drywall and didn't even bother to clean particles of white dust. When brought to attention of management, they literally told me to kick rocks. Do not ever rent with them. Ever.

Currently leasing an duplex with Triplett Companies. Kelli, the manager is rude, bias and very unprofessional on how she talks to her tenants. Please don't rent from this company, save yourself the stress. As a current tenant, we made a mistake of working with these people. Never again! Unfortunately the lies Kelli (Manager) are saying ain't true, nor did she say at the time they are taking photos for someone who is sick.

My cameras ain't hidden and I actually have Brandon(shower of property) throughing peace at my kitchen camera, they were well aware of cameras. We had no problem with a showing today, Only how rude we were treated because we didnt like our kids room being taking photos of, Wich was made very aware by property manager. Kellis words for photos being taking was rude and she didn't care, ( a so what attitude ) I stated no were in the lease does it state you can take photos, kellis answer: if I wanted I can come take all the photos I want.

In no time in this conversation she ask me to leave, instead she said I can go read a book in the corner till they close at 5pm. Unfortunately the non professionalism at this company is not there nor care about a tenant complaint as seen in many reviews on here. As far as us not being present was because a Triplett associate said it world be uncomfortable for the walk through view of the perspective tenants if we would be there. Was told the longest the showing would be is 15 minutes and we knew this could take longer, but what was very uncomfortable was they stayed a good 15 minutes in the kitchen just talking.

My family is a high risk family, both my kids are autistic and have immune deficiencies and literally getting off quarantine yesterday from covid. It's was hard for our family to get back to at least 80% health and to be treated so rude. Zero stars!

So far I've been here for 6 weeks and renting from them was the worst mistake I've made in a long time. Of that, 4 weeks have been without the dryer (in unit laundry, but doesn't work). I've put in a maintenance request but they don't seem to care. The A/C is already not working, which they also are not fixing (I put in a maintenance request which they ignored and marked complete). I have now put in two maintenance requests for both of these. hopefully eventually they decide to do their job and fix it, wil update this when they do.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Our duplex was nasty on my move in date, so I had to wait til they cleaned it before moving in. They do not change locks, so the previous tenants came in and stole hundreds of dollars worth of items. Maintenance took forever to fix things. Don't expect to get anything back from your deposit. DO NOT rent from them

Critical: Professionalism Crooks who falsely charge you, do NOT rent from here even if you are desperate, you'll regret it when you leave. They charged us for cleaning carpets when we didn't have carpets. They kept our entire deposit. Below is attached move out photos

We have been with them for 9 years as our property managers. They have continuously violated our contract authorizing repairs without our knowledge and how we find out are the deductions in the rent check we receive. After repeated conversations and emails it still happens. They will even authorize replacement of appliances that have been replaced within the last 2 years because they do not check their records before just replacing things. Do not waste your time or money. They are unprofessional and they will not keep updated on repairs to your property.
