My husband and I were very excited to have house crafters come and give us an estimate. Mark the owner came out and we told him actually what we were looking to do and said to give him 2-3 days to get us the estimate. Well here we are 2 weeks later with no estimate and only 1 call from there secretary to see when Mark could come back and show us samples and received no response from her either. Very disappointed in the lack of communication!

House Crafters was quick to get Bob out to give me an estimate to replace my roof. I was able to sign a contract the next day, and even though they were about 8 weeks out, they were able to get me in less than a month after I submitted my deposit. The crew was able to start AND finish my roof the same day, which was great because I was on a deadline from my insurance company. Also, Darlene, who I signed the contract with and communicated with for updates on timeline, is so fantastic!

She is so warm and personal. I knew I was in good hands. I'm new to the area and a new homeowner on top of that, and she was also able to give me so much great advice on the area I am in, and made sure that I knew I could call for any questions or concerns! I only wish I had additional projects for my house because I would love to work with this company again in the future! But for now I will just enjoy my new roof :

Right from the beginning, they were all very clean, polite and organized. They had our job done in 3 days and after they left, you never knew we had workers there. Steve and the crew at Housecrafters did a wonderful job building a new patio for our home. They were very organized, thorough and easy to communicate with. They made sure we were involved in every step of the process and listened to our ideas and wants. We were particularly impressed with Steve and his attention to detail when it came to planning and explaining how the project would move along.

The crew they worked with to install the patio and walls were also very skilled and knowledgeable. We would certainly use Housecrafters again for future projects and recommend them as well.

Dear Ed and Mark, Enclosed are the checks, one for the balance due and the other for the down payment on the window and door. How can I ever thank you enough for the beautiful job you did with my house. It was a large job, and I do live pretty far from your normal area, but you not only came and contracted for the work, you were prompt, fair, and NICE.

Your crews were also very professional, and clean-up was very good. The house looks great, and feels so much more snug with the new roof and siding. And it still amazes me how quickly and efficiently you built the frame to convert my upstairs from a flat roof to a pitched roof. I've been telling anyone who asks me that I used House Crafter's, and even some people who haven't. Thanks Again!
