Artistic Improvement

We have used Artistic Improvement for both restuccoing and reroofing our home in Rio Ranch. We are highly satisfied with their work. Juan is great to work with. He is very responsive and very straightforward. They do the job when they say they will. His employees are friendly and courteous and are respectful of the property. They always are communicative and clean up after their job completely. We would certainly hire Artistic Improvement for a future job.

This was a great company to work with, not only was Juan responsive and attentive to our project and needs, the guys do beautiful work. We were adding a 170 sq ft. addition to our 1950's home and needed a roof, and stucco and plaster to match the existing home. The stucco is matches great and really good looking. The plaster is beautiful and matches nearly perfectly with the existing wall.

The price was really good for the work they did and they worked hard to get the job done right. They corrected any mistakes they made (which of course happen) and they are not noticeable. We will 100% be using this company when it is time for a new roof and stucco on the rest of our house.

Refreshingly, I dealt directly throughout the entire process with Juan Garcia (owner). He thoughtfully explained what the job required and why. Unlike the other bids I received on the job, he explained why some of the up-sell features where unnecessary (even could be a problem in future). He took the time after completing job to explain maintenance, and even gave me advice about other projects I intended to do in future. Its been over a month since completion and there have been no problems with the work. I recommend Artistic Improvement HIGHLY.

Juan and his crew did a fabulous job. Juan answered all my questions. At each step, I knew what they were going to be doing. No surprises. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. 5 stars is simply not enough.

Highly recommended. I had my house re-roofed and re-stuccoed 17 months ago. Both jobs completed with exceptionally good results and at a very good price. The house still looks fantastic to this day. I recently put my house up for sale and had a home inspection. They found that one of the plumbing vent stacks did not meet the height requirement. This had nothing to do with the roofing job preformed by Artistic Improvements. However, I called Artistic Improvements to see if they could fix the issue.

The very next day the owner came to my house and took care of the repairs. This quick action kept the sale of the house moving forward with no delays. I am very grateful for such immediate response and sincerely believe that you will not find any better service, quality workmanship and value from any other roofing/stucco business.
