I had a nightmare, my roof water was dripping into my floor and dry wall broke from inside one morning, and I got no emergency roof fixing company picking my call but only Ivan Pedroza, who is the son of the owner of the company, not only picked up my call but his action was very prompt. He visited my roof on the same day and suggested solution, and following day he fixed it along with his dad, as they had resource crunch, in reasonable price.
All I have to say I made my business trip later that week because of Ivan. I will call him and refer him to anyone in my circle. Please try them and know their value, you won't regret.

A PM came out to assess two commercial roof projects. I followed up with him regarding when to expect an estimate, he said it would take a couple of days, followed up after the two days only to be told he was out of the country on vacation and then I got the runaround regarding any follow up on my project. I stressed the estimates were time sensitive but no one from the company has bothered to follow up with me, after I called daily for follow up.
No customer should have to beg to do business with you. I was thoroughly disappointed that I had to waste my time, and still not getting what I needed. Maybe they will care for the person that calls.

Quick response! I called them on Monday. They came out right away to give me an estimate and showed pictures of how shoddy my roof was. The next day, they were here first thing in the morning with all the materials and had started working without me knowing it. No interruption at all for me and my family. I highly recommend them.
