We used Designer Roofing at the suggestion of our realtor Eve Henry. In May of 2021 we had to have our roof replaced before we could sell the house and it was a last minute request of the buyers, Aaron came out and made it happen over a weekend so that it would not cause our closing to be pushed out. The company is amazing, and he is great. Fast forward to today.
We had what looked like a leak in our upstairs bathroom. I called them over the Memorial Day weekend, they called me back first thing Tuesday and came out today. It wasn't a roof leak but high humidity but inspected our roof anyway and stated it looked great. Honest. They are always honest and I will never use any other roofer.

Great experience with this company start to finish. Designer Roofing replaced our roof following hail damage over 10 years ago. Then seamlessly added roofing to our new addition in 2018. Most recently, Designer Roofing went the extra mile and handled repairs on damaged fascia near roof. Excellent customer service AND a beautiful roof. Service: Roof installation

We had our roof replaced about a year ago by Designer and it was good experience and the work appears to be good. I was an advocate of their work and recommended them to several neighbors but lately I haven't had such a great experience. I've had a couple of things done post roof change and my I feel as though they are taking advantage of my previous relationship.
I had to replace a solar vent and had a different vent pipe swapped for our water heaters. The latter job took less than 10 minutes and it's a shock to pay $150 to $200 dollars for a service fee, considering that I'm a customer and was hoping to be a life long customer. I wanted to use the same crew to not void any warranty work but now I'm not sure that I will use them again in the future or that I will be recommending going forward.
There are a lot of similar businesses in the area and in my opinion the overall customer experience from sales to post support should be treated equally. Taking advantage of existing customers is not the best way to keep lasting relationships.

We worked with Aaron Lenhart there. They did our house and barn roofs, and a friend's roof. I was hesitant to show them our insurance estimate but, ultimately they worked directly with our insurance company to get the necessary adjustments to do what was needed. When our friend's roof had a surprise problem, they came through to take care of it, even when it took multiple iterations over months.
We asked for a revision to our roof, including installing a horse weather vane, so accommodating. They have a range of roof options, in addition to the traditional shingle roof, they can do steel and steel that looks like slate or tile or wood, or whatever look you're going for. They were ethical, calm, considerate to work with. Everyone on their crew was polite and considerate. However, getting your roof pulled off and reinstalled is loud and disruptive. Now, years after getting our Designer Roofs, we are really happy. As great as Designer Roofing was, I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER HAIL STORM.

A big thanks to Designer Roofing, Bob and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutter after a storm. They went out of their way to finish in record time, making sure we were satisfied. When we had questions or concerns they were available to answer them quickly. They worked hard covering the yard, our patios, and flower beds. They were very professional and took special care not to damage anything.
