My roofing claim has finally been approved thanks to Roofing USA! The first claim I submitted without a roofing company was denied. Abby and Keegan were instrumental in this claim getting approved. They kept everything moving even when our family was dealing with an unexpected crisis. We haven't started the work yet but I have complete faith that the job will be done right.

Roofing USA was fantastic! They came out and gave quote, then scheduled service date/time and completed the work perfectly. Great communications and service all along the way. The workers were absolutely wonderful and friendly and advised of work status and completion. They were very friendly and nice. Will definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience using RoofingUSA over in James Island. Their inspectors met my insurance when I had a concern for a claim, and they were very responsive and thorough from coordinating, billing, to updates verbally and via text while completing the roof project. I was also very pleased with how well they cleaned up the area around the home and truly feel like they left it cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10 across the board would use again. Tom Lang with Roofing USA performed a roof inspection and then after insurance company approval a full roof replacement due to hail damage. Mr. Lang did an outstanding job as did the rest of his crew. He was very professional and the job was performed perfectly. I have highly recommended him to my friends and neighbors. I called the company to come out to inspect my roof for a leak that I noticed. They were responsive. Jimmy arrived 5 minutes early from the time scheduled. Jimmy was thorough in his inspection and shared with me what the next step in the process would be. He communicated with the corporate office and made the necessary arrangements for next steps in the process.

Very pleased with Roofing USA and the inspector (John B.) that came out to my house. After having to deal with other contractors, it was very refreshing to work with a group that was honest, respectful and responsive. John B. completed a roof inspection and gave me a honest assessment. He did not try and sell me something that we didn't need. Actually did a few minor repairs at no charge. Like i said I didn't need a new roof at this time, but when I do I will be calling back Roofing USA to do the work. Very impressed so far.

I had a roofing company do an inspection recently and after about 10 minutes on the roof they reported "significant" hail damage and helped me to file a claim right away. I didn't feel right about the whole experience, so I cancelled the claim. Then John B. from Roofing USA shows up and I decided to get a second opinion. John spent about 40 minutes on the roof in 94 degree sunshine, and he reported my roof is in good shape and couldn't find any damage from hail. I appreciate his honesty and now I have a roofing company I can trust when I do need a replacement. Thanks John!

Jimmy Serrano was the agent I dealt with, he was informative and pleasant through the whole process. He made it easy to get this done. Even though my insurance company refused the first request, he went back to them with his information and photos and we got approval. He was on site during the installation. I am very happy with my new roof.

Came and did my inspection. I knew I had a leak, and they found it! Now the only question was, " What will the repair cost?". Well, he went up on the roof and repositioned a rubber seal. took all of 10 minutes, and there was no charge. I'm impressed. Positive Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value. More

Let me start by saying, I did not have the opportunity to utilize the company's services. However, I have no doubt they would have performed an outstanding job on my roof. When I contacted the company for an estimate they set up an appointment within 48hrs. I had the pleasure of working with CODY. He was very professional, informative and VERY instrumental in getting my insurance claim bought by State Farm Insurance Company (that's not an easy thing to accomplish). Unfortunately, the two companies couldn't agree on total damage costs ( SF is stingy!) and I didn't have the funds beyond my deductible. Alas, there was a lesson to be learned. I need to change my insurance company!

From beginning to end, Tom Lang was there for all our questions and concerns. His knowledge and experience were valuable tools to complete our project. Any and all concerns we had he addressed. We even worked with him while on a road trip and prior to our flight down to our winter home. He gave us his all and we appreciate all his efforts. I found roof damage due to a storm. Project manager John Burley was at my house and on my roof in 2 days. He was very professional and organized. He walked me through the insurance claim process. He even met with the insurance adjuster (back on the roof) when he came to inspect the damage. After the insurance was settled, Mr. Burley scheduled the roof replacement.

The workers were on time and completed the job in just 2 days. I am extremely impressed with everyone involved with this project. Their teamwork and organization was done with military precision. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing services.

Roofing USA recently replaced our storm-damaged roof. Their representative, Cody Lemon, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in walking us through what normally would be a very stressful process, especially dealing with the insurance company. He answered all questions immediately and was very forthright and honest. We would highly recommend Cody and his company for any roof needs you might have for a seamless, stress-free experience.

Roofing USA was prompt to respond, which was rare in the of similar companies during the pandemic. (As a matter of fact I tried to contact the owner company that put the last roof on my house, and he strung me along for months, either ignoring my calls or not showing when he said they would.) Roofing USA was prompt, courteous, and professional. The price for a 30 year roof was less than I expected.

The crew that performed the work was knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled. They got to work early, and they stayed until dark. They replaced decking that needed to be replaced. They didn't cut corners and they finished the job quickly. They explained why each step was needed. Finished the work in 2 days, and 3 different people inspected the finished product. I could go on, but let's just leave it here and say that I felt very satisfied with Roofing USA.

The sales team were so informative and friendly. They took the lead on speaking with our insurance company. We were only approved for half of the roof to be replaced and Roofing USA insisted on an entire replacement. It was no additional cost to me. The roofing crew were fast (2 days), friendly, quiet (as quiet as removing a roof could be), and clean.

The entire time 4 roofers were removing shingles, 1 was on the ground cleaning up. It was wonderful to have someone keeping my yard tidy so I could let my dogs out when the time came. One of my screens were nicked by a falling shingle and they replace it immediately, as well as the one right next to it just so it didn't look faded. I was completely taken care of from start to finish and now I have the best looking roof on the block.

I just got my 20 year old roof replaced through an insurance claim due to hail damage. Roofing USA walked me through the whole process with the insurance company, quickly scheduled the work and got the roof replaced in 2 days. Although it was loud and messy for two days, the crew came back on the third day and did a thorough clean up around the entire house.

The roof looks great but of course it is too soon to know the level of quality (i.e. lack of leaks) until it has been tested with the weather. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Roofing USA.

He gave us a thorough inspection, and found that we didn't need to replace the roof for another five years.
