I recently had my roof replace by the Roofing Company and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. Very professional, willing to work with me from the selection of shingles, to the installation and finalizing the paperwork. A personal shout out to Dennis who was the supervisor on my install who really helped me out! And props to the office staff in getting me that paperwork I need so quickly! They where all great!

We were getting conflicting reports on damage to our roof. Dennis came out. Did a thorough inspection and sat down with me and my grandson and explained all that needed to be done and how to be done. I came across the roofing company after seeing an advertisement on one of their trucks. We needed a roof replacement. After speaking with two other companies we decided to go with them. Charlie James who came to quote us was very patient, quick and responsive in everything we asked or needed. All of the company staff, from the phone calls to the office to the crew supervisor Dallas, have all been kind and respond quickly to any questions/help we have needed. I highly recommend them, genuinely an efficient, knowledgeable and reliable company/service.

After a large storm we noticed water damage on the ceiling. We contacted The Roofing Company to inspect the roof (installed by a different roofing company) and determine the damage. Their quick and prompt response time was beyond impressive arriving at our location the next day. We were greeted by Mr Jeff Lee who was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Upon thoroughly reviewing our roof Jeff was able to communicate our issues in basic yet detailed terms, there was no "upselling" or over-explaining trying to make a larger "sale". I spoke with several roofing contractors and this was the best. Dakota Humbert did an outstanding job seeing the project through from beginning to end. The crew did an excellent job. They were extremely professional. I'm 70 years old and this wasn't my first rodeo. My previous experience was detecting fraud for the United States Department of Justice.

If you don't use this company you're shooting yourself in the foot. The other companies I spoke with offered discounts by raising the price on other items. Dakota was unlike any contractor I've ever used. He was honest, reliable and trustworthy. Nicole Martin at his office went out of her way to accommodate me. This was a top rate experience. I'm so happy I chose the right company. They guarantee their work. If a hurricane hits St Petersburg, I feel comfortable in my home.

An exceptional roofing company. Salesman and Supervisor Dennis Wood was very knowledgeable and professional when inspecting my roof to provide an estimate and responsive after the sale. Their prices were reasonable, beating the other estimates by a few thousand dollars while using quality products like Owens-Corning and Certain Teed. The Roofing Company did a wonderful job on my replacement roof. Dave gave us a thorough estimate of costs, detailing installation pricing. The estimate included potential extra costs due to age of the roof and possible damage found when dismantling the old roof. My wife's 94-year-old mother had to have her roof replaced and we were fortunate to find The Roofing Company. Dennis Wood showed up on time to measure her roof and talk to a very nervous woman about what needed to be done. He was very professional, caring and patient and taking time to explain every step in great detail and set her mind at ease that everything will turn out fine.

We just had the most wonderful experience! We contracted The Roofing Company for a new roof job. We met with Dennis Wood, the supervisor and decided this was the company for us. It was a tough call. But after careful analysis, which included quality of material, company reputation, and total value of the project, we selected The Roofing Company. Consequently, we are proud to report that Chris and Magan, owners of The Roofing Company and Ezekiel, the project leader (and his phenomenal team) did an outstanding job.

Most impressing was the fact they completed the job of removing the old shingles from our 1,780 sq ft home, replacing the damaged wood, and installing a very beautiful Certainteed Landmark Pro shingle in just 12 hours. I hired The Roofing Company to replace the shingle and flat roof on my home. They did an excellent job, Ezekiel and his crew were fantastic installing my new roof but also did a great job removing and replacing the rotten wood fascia and siding on my chimney. I had a great experience with the The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay who repaired my flat roof. They responded to my inquiry for an estimate before the other two companies I contacted. The estimate was fair market price. I'm a DIY guy and asked a ton of questions all of which were answered with patience. The work was completed on schedule and they even had to work around rains from tropical storm Barry. What really makes these guys stand out is the quick and attentive communication with the office staff. I plan to hire them for future work.

Chris and Gene were very professional before, during and after the roof replacement. The crew that worked on our roof was respectful of our property. Each day they left you would never know they had been there. We were notified and photos were provided for every issue they found with the roof. This is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with and actually one of the best companies over all that I have ever used. Their professionalism is unmatched as well as their honesty and great work. They're pricing is extremely reasonable. They did my mom's roof and some minor repairs on our roof. They do not try to sell you something that you don't need which is very rare these days it seems.

They honor their quotes even if you don't get work done immediately and call them back several months later. They do not hike up their prices. Chris and his crew and the guys and girls in the office are extremely responsive and helpful. Chris came out today to give us a quote. It was quite a bit lower than the quote/price we got from another company which is great. He gave us his honest opinion saying we do need to get a new roof but that there are things we could do ourselves to prolong the life of it until we have the money to replace it completely. We will definitely be using the roofing company in a few months when we go to put our house on the market, but for now I am grateful he told us how to fix it and what products to use in the meantime to prevent any further damage. Look no further! What a refreshing experience with a roofer. Their motto says "old fashioned service" and they are top rate. They put the customer first and care about the customer. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They called the day before to remind me of the appointment and Chris called the day of appointment to let me know his approximate arrival time.

I purchased a roof tune up and Chris spent a good amount of time on the roof and sealed around the vents and plumbing stacks. He sealed some shingles that were lifted up. I told him about a leak and he spent time trying to determine the source and went into the attic to look for leaks. He said to monitor the area and to call him back if it continues to be a problem. I will definitely be calling The Roofing Company for any future roofing needs.
