They came out and inspected my roof and they had many jobs but they stayed in touch with me. Alex was very informative about the job and he took pictures and showed me what was causing the leak. I recommend them and it was reasonably priced.

We had a pretty bad leak in our home that the restoration company suspected was due to the roof. I called 2 other roofing companies before Roofing LLC and both were 2 weeks out with appts. Roofing LLC came within 48 hours and once they realized the size of the job returned a few days later with additional workers and equipment and fixed the problem quickly!

They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed before rain came and were extremely friendly throughout the process. We are grateful for their hard work and will definitely use them again for any future roofing needs!

I had another guy come out five times before I gave up and called someone else. I called Roofers LLC and they came out here at the exact time specified (not a large range - when they said 2:00, they got here 5 to 10 minutes before that). They found the issue immediately and put in a temporary patch until they can come do a permanent fix. That temporary patch has just held up through days of constant rain and not a single drop has leaked through. I wish I had called these guys earlier. Also, they are super friendly and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

Roofers LLC was absolutely amazing! We were hit with roof damage after the storm on 12/23 and the owner of the company happily came out same day to check on the extent with no hesitation. Within a few days we had the tarps up and soon after the roof was fixed! All done with no hesitation right at Christmas when most other businesses would wave you away. I couldn't be happier with the work done and will be suggesting this company to my real estate clients to ensure they are also in good hands!

Parker is the man! He was extremely respectful and professional. His knowledge of roofs/roofing is top tier. Besides that, his general conversation made this experience feel like he was a family member, hanging out. Real stand-up dude. I don't leave many reviews, but I had to this time.

I called Alex Lopez to come check what I thought was a leaking vent pipe boot, turned out we had hail amd wind damage back in June that Caused the issue, we where Able to get the whole roof replaced in short order. The work was completed and all debre cleaned up in one day. Alex, Eaton and Parker were on sight throughout the day to check the work being done, and did a final inspection off all the finished work, Supper easy to work with. And helped with the process of the Ins. Wish all service companies were so easy to work with

Parker McCraw arrived right on time, patiently listened to my concerns and then thoroughly inspected the attic and roof of my home for any signs of past or present water intrusion. He found a few spots on the roof that needed to be recaulked and took care of them. He even used a drone to show me the finished work. These was no charge for any of this. I was very impressed with Parker's professionalism and knowledge and know who I'll call when my roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!

These guys were the key component in a very favorable roof damage insurance experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Knowing we have little kids they even sent a guy to do an additional sweep of construction nails around the house a day later just to make sure cleanup was done right. All quotes and costs were accurate and everything done in a timely manner. Roofers, LLC provided exceptional service in every way. First, let's s start with the most attentive, honest and hard working sales rep that we have ever met, Parker. From the first meeting Parker was up front and an advocate for us. He worked with our insurance company, going over and beyond to make sure that they had the needed pictures and other pertinent info needed.

He answered every question we had and was even present during the roof install. Next his leadership, whom also made themselves available to us throughout the process. I was able to meet Diego in person when he came to our home to discuss the roof prior to being hired and again when he called after the work was finished to check on our satisfaction and Ethan when I had a question.

And of course, the workmanship - On the day of install, the crew arrived on in time and began working right away and their was not a notable break in the work until the roof was completed. The crew cleared ALL debris including all roofing nails that landed in the yard. I haven't found not one left laying around!

Prompt. Polite. Knowledgeable. Repaired my nail "pop up" leak at NO CHARGE on initial visit! Other roofing company estimate was $2500-$4500- they would only perform repair leak if job included resealing roof vents or replacing vent "boots". I will need a new roof in a few years. I will definitely contact ROOFERS, LLC!

Diego is AMAZING! We had our house under contract, and a new roof request came after inspections with a very short turnaround time for me to get estimates and my response back to the buyers. After calling several companies, stressing given the circumstances, Diego was the ONLY one that assured me that he'd get out there that same day for an estimate.

Not only that, but he was also the ONLY one that even asked if we had Homeowner's insurance and was very informative and patient in explaining what I would need to do on my end. After he was able to see the roof for himself, he was able to provide proof of hail damage (including the latest hail report map with the exact date/time) and offered to help meet the insurance adjuster when that time would come to help show them the hail damage.

I couldn't have asked for a better person/company to help me navigate through the next steps - I was very stressed about the rush of it all and Diego was on top of it. I'd definitely recommend at least calling them, and you'll see for yourself from there.

Roofers LLC. was a great company to work with. We went through our HOA to have our roof covered. The HOA did not have its best intensions as they wanted to go as cheap as possible even if that meant cutting quality and workmanship. Roofers LLC looked out after us the homeowner knowing that if not done right It would cost more later as well as cause more damage to the house.

Despite how bad our HOA was to work with. Roofers LLC wasn't willing to cut quality and leave us the homeowners in a worse situation. They would either do it right the first time or walk away like 3 other companies already have due to our HOA. Would recommend if you need a new roof or have roof issues.
