I had a great experience with Desert Sky Roofing, recommend those considering their services to give them a call. Bill came to inspect my flat roof as we had noticed a leak and were concerned about the condition of it. He performed the inspection and fixed a handful of areas during the process. Afterward he took the time to show photos and explain why he believed we were having the leaks in detail. In the end he didn't charge me anything and just asked that we think of them when we need further repairs or work done, and we definitely will.

Bill and his crew were professional, considerate, and prompt. Bill's moto is to bring integrity back to the roofing business and I am a witness to that. There are many examples that I could include in this review but I'll mention just a few. First, Bill is very polite and respectful on the phone. This is quite different from the roofing companies that seemed rush and impatient when I asked for an estimate. Second, when I had to delay the repair by 2 months, Bill returned my deposit.

I told him that he could keep it but he insisted on returning it. This reflects a man who is honest and places integrity over money. Third, aside from Bill checking in with me several times during the repair, I was impressed when he called me at work to let me know that his crew bumped the satellite dish and it may need adjusted. That type of concern for customer satisfaction is rare these days and is the sign of a true professional. After 5 big storms since the repair, there are no signs of leaks or out-of-place shingles.

Met the owner by getting paired up with him on the golf course. From talking he mentioned he owned a roofing company and I told him how I had recently had some damage to my roof from the monsoons. I have a house that is a pretty new build so I told him I was waiting to hear back to see if it would be covered by warranty. Showed him a few pictures of it and he began explaining to me how a roof, specifically for a new build is built and why it is important to get it fixed asap, especially during monsoon season.

He offered to come look at it sometime the next week after he got off, since he was already completely booked. Met him Saturday morning, he came and fixed my roof Monday evening. Just a nice, honest, knowledgeable guy that completely exceeded my expectations for any kind of timetable and fixed my roof efficiently. Will definitely use Desert Sky Roofing for any future needs and would recommend.

I knew every roofer within 100 miles of Green Valley would be booked. I called Desert Sky before the storm had ended because one of my skylights was destroyed and rain was pouring in. Bill called 1st thing next morning to report he would be on my roof tarping the hole before noon. Turned out I ended up with 2 skylights destroyed and he had everything handled in 30 minutes.

He wrote up a quote that was very professionally designed and presented. He's a total gentleman and excellent businessman. Just take a look at the website! I received the value packet of coupons that come in the mail and there was one for Desert Sky Roofing, I contacted Bill Kimbley the owner, he came out and gave me a price and explained everything they would do, I had an old solar panel on the roof that needed to be removed and he said he would do it and make the necessary repairs. They came out scrubbed the roof and power washed it, fixed all the cracks and coated the entire roof, they came back the next day and put on the second coat.

They were very professional and did everything they said they would do on time. The thing that impressed me the most was I got the coupon discount, a senior discount, 1st responders discount and a cash discount, I have never heard of any company honoring all those discounts, it is always one or the other.
