Clear Choice Restoration was prompt, courteous and professional at all times. We replaced our roof, added insulation and installed a gas insert fireplace. Mr. Olson acted as a liaison between us and the other companies throughout the entire project. He stayed in close communication with us until completion of all jobs. We are quite satisfied with the quality of the work performed.

Clear Choice was fantastic from the time I had them come out to check out my roof to the roof replacement. the clean up was unbelievable, I have two Dogs and I was worried about nails and things. I have to say there was nothing in my front or back yard which really pleased me. Might be the best contractor experience I've ever had. Clear Choice laid out a plan and kept us informed along the way. ALL their work teams did quality work and were very clean and courteous. Had one run in with the insurance company which Steve took care of personally where historically I may have been on my own to fight. Any questions I had were quickly and honestly answered. Honesty is the operative word for this organization in my opinion

We chose Clear Choice to replace our aging and damaged roof, and we are 100% happy with the results. Brent was very responsive to all of our questions and we were able to get a clear plan ahead of time so we knew what would be happening. When the day came for the project to begin, the crew was on time and got everything done in under two days as promised.
The follow up customer care after the job was finished was great as well. Hopefully we don't get a storm and have to redo the roof, but if we do I know who I'm going to call to get it done. Thanks!

Similar to our neighbors' homes, our home suffered extensive damage (nearly $200,000) in a storm late last year (roof, gutters, several large picture windows, sliding patio door, siding, deck). Tens of restoration companies knocked on our door seeking business. We were then recommended Clear Choice Restoration. Steve, the owner, stopped by our home and thoroughly reviewed the scope of work and projected repair process and timeline in a non-pressuring way, which was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other contractors begging for business.
Throughout the restoration process, all my questions were answered and concerns addressed, and response time by Steve or manager Brent was always within 24 hours, usually within an hour. All the work was done to perfection; each subcontractor was extremely competent, respected our living space and was the least disruptive as possible (which was important with 3 small children in the home).
I cannot recommend Clear Choice enough and will definitely go with them again should I need any future storm repairs. And so glad I was patient in finding the best restoration company because I know the quality of work would have been much lower had we gone with someone else.

Don't know what we can add to all the wonderful reviews already posted but will do our best. From the moment we contacted Steve and through the entire process we couldn't be be more impressed. Clear Choice came recommended from someone we respect and trust., We were bombarded by multiple companies immediately after our house was damaged by a terrible hailstorm. Steve returned our phone call within an hour and was out to see us the same day as the storm. Steve made the whole process with our insurance provider simple, meeting personally with the adjustor and working directly with him to have an accurate assessment of the required repairs. Nicky was very helpful during the initial stages in scheduling Steve's time and provided prompt responses to general questions we had.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Clear Choice Restoration did for us. Our project is a 30 x 30 garage with a loft above with a 10 pitch roof. They arrived about 8:00 AM and were done with the roof by 1:30 PM. The crew arrived and started on the project after assessing it. The work site was just as clean, if not cleaner when the job was completed.
The crew of five (5) were really nice and extremely professional. I want to thank Steve Olson and Clear Choice Restoration for the quick and professional work they did! I would highly recommend their services!
