Kris and his crews managed to replace our home's entire roof in one day. The crew members were very respectful and cared about the condition of my lawn and driveway. He is super responsive, caring, and easy to approach on questions. We got the roof tiles we wanted and were fortunate to get this new roofing on before the winter rains hit. Very happy to have went with this company to replace my roof. I had a visible hole and Denise came out the next day to inspect and give me a quote. Gave me a great price and also completed the job before the next rain storm came through. She shared photos of the old and new. I am so thankful we chose Marlin Construction to install our new roof. They always responded to questions in a timely manner, they were so helpful with any and all questions and explaining the steps to completing the job. I was astonished with how quickly they removed our old roof and installed our new one. I love the various choices of shingles that were offered and the warranty that comes with the roof. I recently worked with Kris Rossman from Marlin's Construction, and it is honestly the best experience! Marlin did a great job on my roof. Crews were fast and clean up was better than I could've ever imagined. My project manager Denise Martinez was so helpful and stopped in various times during construction work to make sure everything was moving along as planned. All of my questions and concerns were always answered promptly by the office. I am still in complete awe of how they helped me get my roof replaced through my insurance company.
