Pedro was super helpful after our home suffered some storm damage. From responding promptly, to doing a full roof inspection personally and taking pictures to document the damage, we couldn't have been in better hands. We had other companies come out and they just sent drones up and gave a blanket quote. We appreciated Pedro and his team walking the entire roofline and documenting everything to precision.
He handled the claim with the insurance agent from start to finish and fought for us to get the maximum. (Even searched the village building ordinances, sent documents and code adherence articles to the adjuster) We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I will totally recommend this company to anyone. I got approved for my roof and Pedro got the siding of my home approved by the insurance. They also did my gutters which they did a great job too. I am very happy with their work. They know what they're doing and Pedro was there the whole time supervising. I will hire his services if I ever need them again. Very good company. We had a leak that was coming into bathroom and I had three estimates. High Sight showed up on time and, unlike others, actually did a temp patch, at no charge as part of the estimate. Contracting was easy and on line. We had full re roof and a new skylight done. They were great about communicating start dates as this tends to flex with roofing due to weather. Once on site they let us know how process was going as we were not at the home and did great job with roof and clean up.

Pedro and his crew have been amazing. When getting estimates to replace our roof, Pedro took his time explaining all of our options. We never once felt pressured or like we were being pushed to get extras. His estimate was reasonable and fair. The crew has been amazing. My roof had a leak and I reached out to High Sight Roofing for an inspection and repair. I was able to schedule on short notice and Pedro performed both the inspection and repair on the same day. Hail damage Evanston I had a horrible experience with a contractor that knocked on my door - they promised me to keep me in the loop on all transactions with my insurance company. for 1 month, I heard nothing. I reached out to them and received the run around. I was more then frustrated, and decided to hunt around ( 2 weeks went by, again nothing ).

Within 3 weeks, settled claim with my adjuster and I received a NEW ROOF. the cleanliness, details, and all around work was AMAZING.
