I spoke to a young man named Dylan in my neighborhood this morning. I had questions about getting some gutter work done. He was very detailed about explaining what steps I would need to do and was super respectful. Nice young man, will for sure be giving Ridgeline a call!

Ridgeline replaced the siding on my house in October, 2022. I am pleased with every aspect of the project. The Project Manager responded quickly to my request for a quote and within a few days we scheduled the work. The men who did the work were friendly, they let me know what was going to happen and answered all my questions. The work was done quickly and looks great.

From start to finish Ridgeline exceeded my expectations. Before the job started Jackson came out and explained the process and answered my numerous questions. After finding a leak in my roof near the chimney, Ridgeline came out and took a look to check on what was causing the problem. Ridgeline had a young guy named Jason come out and worked all day in reconstructing the area around the chimney and no further leaks have been found. Thanks to Johnny and Jason of Ridgeline for fixing the problem, you guys are great.

Ridgeline did an outstanding job on a repair & roof replacement job at our home on Smith Lake. A tree fell on the house in a late spring storm, damaging the roof, soffits, gutters, and siding. The completed repair looks fantastic, and the process - from quote to our final payment - was first rate. Working with Jackson was a blessing! Since this is a lake home, Ridgeline went the extra mile in clean up to insure no roofing nails were left to pierce flip flops.

In addition, we noticed a spot in the driveway but weren't sure what it was. We guessed it was construction related. Before we could reach out to Ridgeline, a gentlemen showed up to pressure wash this part of the driveway. This level of integrity and customer service deserves 7 stars, but I'm limited to 5. We already have neighbors asking for Ridgeline's contact information!

Work crew were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, taking the old roof off in short order. New underlayment went down quickly, and the crew quickly put the new shingles on ensuring all courses were straight, then when the job was done did an excellent job of policing the ground around the house for nails and trash.
