Great! I called Al and made an appointment and he showed up right on time. He is nice, courteous and professional! He gave me an estimate and went over the entire process of roof replacement and told me I can have the job done within a week and true to his word, it was completed within a week. I acquired a few estimates from other companies and narrowed it down between Big Al and another company.

It was difficult deciding between these two companies because they each had excellent records. The deciding factors in choosing Big Al's Roofing was that he kept following up with me on a consistent basis, his knowledge of this field, let me know he really wanted the job, gave me a better price to meet competitors pricing for the quality job I wanted and is a GAF Contractor and offers the Certificate of Warranty thru GAF. Super Amazing! I called for an estimate. Not only was prompt to come out, but friendly and explained everything. Talked to me about options, and even gave me all of the tile pamphlets of options along with the estimate (no one else did that). One of the best prices, and came with higher included wood replacements and lower lumber charges. Once we signed up, communication was constant, with prompt response.

When it came to do the week, a lot of workers showed up. They were fast and friendly (especially when my 3 year twins were running outside the house). Job was promptly done, permits/inspections all passed right away, and job looks great. I have already referred them to coworkers. Thanks Big Al's.

Al arrived on time one morning to provide an estimate, and left a great impression while explaining my options and his work process. In addition, he gave a turnaround time that was faster than what was given by other roofing companies. The re-roof was completed on schedule, and looks amazing. I waited a few weeks on this review to see how the new roof would hold up after a few days of rain, and I'm happy to report all is dry inside!

Even still, if there was ever an issue I trust Al and his crew to make things right - he stands by his work and is a breath of fresh air from a lot of the shadier contractors to be found in Miami. We were in need of replacing our roof. We went looking for a roofing company one never responded, one gave us an estimate then ghost us, and we went on until we found you guys. When Eddie came in to give us an estimate, his presentation was spot on. He took the time to answer any questions/concerns we had. The Big Al's Experience is real! My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a home in Palmetto Bay and during inspections discovered we were dealing with a roof that was close to 30 years old. I saw Big Al's sign on another project and decided to give him a call. Prior to signing any contract or providing a deposit, Big Al starting working with us.

From the beginning, Big Al was straight forward on time frames depending on the type of roof we were going to install. He provided us with multiple quotes for different roofing types. Al was very patient with us during our decision process and provided us with multiple samples of concrete tile, shingles and metal. We ultimately decided to go slightly unconventional with a shingle/metal combo. Al didn't hesitate with our choice and was excited about doing a project that he had never done before.

Prior to demolition and installation, Al outlined his process and reassured us that our property would be protected and the site would be kept cleaned at the end of each day. Big Al delivered! When Big Al's crew arrived they came ready to work. In one day they removed the existing roof, repaired any rotten wood, installed new ventilation stacks, tar paper and flashing.

Basically the roof was water tight and ready for shingles. After inspections, the crew arrived again to complete the shingles and metal portions of the roof. From start to finish our roof (5,500 SF) was completed in less than seven working days! Big Al delivered! Installing a roof is a big expense and knowing there is a roofing contractor in Miami who delivers on what he is selling is a huge relief. We continue to receive compliments from the neighbors on how nice the roof looks which is a reflection of Big Al's work. Thanks again Al for the "Big Al's Experience"

I've had the same spot in my house leak three times and repaired it three times by a different company, I called big Al's roofing yesterday February 13 and he sent out his best professional the next day to correct the problem as it should have been done the first time around! This is an amazing professional and very reliable company I give them 5 stars all across the board!

Amazing company with a great group of employee this company is the fastest roofer I've seen I recently had my roof replace in Miramar Fl by Big ALS Roofing and they did a awesome job. If your looking for an A1 roofer look no further. AL was great at explaining everything in detail of what my commercial roof needed. He pulled all permits and finished in a timely manner. Wouldn't use anyone else ever!
