I highly recommend Nick and his team. Brian and Mike were the project managers I dealt with and both were phenomenal. They were attentive and very professional. The job site was kept very clean during the project and spotless when they left. If you need a new roof do yourself a favor and reach out to Nick before you hire someone!

I reached out to Nick after getting a recommendation from a friend and local contractor, and I am extremely happy that I did. From start to finish the process could not have been easier or more professional. Nick came out to give me an initial estimate and to explain all of the ins and outs of the various options for my 30 year old roof that desperately needed attention.

That was three and a half weeks ago. I now have a brand new roof and could not be happier with it. His team with foreman Mike showed up on time as expected and completed all work in one day- that included a full replacement of our main house roof, a two car garage, and a sunroom roof that needed a special rubber coating. Amazing job, amazing value for the money, and a fantastic team. I will be recommending Nick Tracey roofing to all of my friends and family.

Got a quote from 4 roofers and Nick was the most professional. Gave a break down of every material used and was helpful in choosing a great designer shingle color. His pricing wasn't the lowest, but it was reasonable and he was the most reliable roofer. His crew worked hard and got the job done in 1 day and cleaned up well after. Had one minor adjustment I requested later on the ridge vent and he fixed it same day.

We were very satisfied with the job done by Nick Tracey's installation team. It was completed in less than 8 hours and done extremely efficiently. The property was cleaned up so well that you would never have known there was any work done. Nick Tracey and his team were professional, timely, and responsive to our needs. Nick was up front about potential overages, and informed us about the entire process. His project managers were professional, courteous and focused on the safety of their very hard working team. Clean-up left us better than when they started. There was an issue with 1 section of our roof which should have cost us more, but it was completed with no extra charge. Project was done on time and on budget. We could not ask for better service and product!

Nick, Mike, and their whole team did an excellent job on our roof. I met with 4 companies and ultimately chose Nick because he was responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and offered high quality materials. The job was started and finished exactly when planned, which is basically unheard of right now. Additionally, Nick and Mike are both superb and prompt communicators.

In addition to a full replacement of the roof they did skylights, mesh on the ridge line for pests, fascia replacement, and removed all my gutters. The project was extremely well organized (all materials, dumpster, etc arriving the day before they started) and the large team was conscientious, efficient, and hardworking, despite really cold temps and short/dark days. It was refreshing to work with Nick and I highly recommend his company.

I contacted Nick on a Sunday to see about getting a quote to have our roof replaced. I wasn't expecting a call back until the beginning of the work week however Nick called me back within 10 minutes and was there the following day to quote the job. We had three other quotes as well and Nick was by far the most reasonable based on price and quality of materials used.

We were originally scheduled to have the work done on Aug 2nd but there was a delay in getting the shingles from the supplier, Nick promptly called me to explain the situation and we agreed to push off the installation until the following week. The shingles arrived, Nick also had a dumpster delivered as well as a portable toilet for his crew. Everyone showed up exactly on time on installation day and got right to work, the crew was very cautious and respectful while working and they had the job done well ahead of my expectations.

The overall quality of work was very high and I truly appreciated Nick's responsiveness and attentiveness throughout the process. This is a high quality professional team and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nick is honest, professional, friendly, and attentive. He did a full roof replacement for me. I got quotes from many large roofing and siding companies and Nick's quote was by far the best. I had one guy show up to my house in an AMG Mercedes to give me a $18K quote my 2000 Sqft house. It's clear to me that he had to charge me extra to make his car payment. Nick installed my roof for less than half of his estimate.

The day of the installation, I came back to a brand new roof with 0 trace of the old roof anywhere. My yard was honestly cleaner than when I left it. You cannot beat honest contractors. If you're in need of a roof, I HIGHLY recommend you at least give Nick a call for a quote. You will be impressed.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Nick was easy to reach, and very professional. They arrived exactly on schedule, and completed the project on time. They cleaned everything up as if nothing happened! A few days later, I contacted Nick because I was not happy with the rain deflector I asked for. He came back and exchanged it at no additional cost! From the moment we met Nick, we were impressed. He is very professional, knew roofing, and met his promises. His quote was the best of the 3 we obtained, and his responsiveness was the best of the companies we contacted. We decided to go with the Owens-Corning asphalt shingle roofing system. His crew showed up on time, were respectful, completed on time (one-day), and cleaned up afterwards.

We had noticed some debris on our new roof afterwards, and mentioned it to Nick. He made a special trip after the job was done to check it out. End up the high wind dislodged a piece of tape from the old roof. not a problem, only cosmetic, but Nick came by and made sure we were satisfied. A+. Nick did an awesome job on my roof and even patched a couple holes in a rubber roof for me too.
