We had a new roof and gutters put on by Exteriors Plus. Andy was awesome to work with. He was a strong advocate for us and made the whole process so easy. Andy went above and beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with him and team. Our roof is beautiful! We would highly recommend!

This past year 2020 we experienced a strong Hail storm in 8/2020, I proceeded to make a claim with my Insurance company and asked for approved vendors of which they gave me Exteriors Plus. I called Andrew Nguyen who was our representative to schedule an apt. Andrew was very professional and friendly and described the process moving forward. This was important to me because I had a bad experience with a different roofing contractor years prior and it was the worst experience I have had as a home owner. Andrew proceeded to inspect our property and then we scheduled a dual apt with my insurance adjuster.

The two of them proceeded to get the process continued to the next step of starting the project with laborers and getting proper payment sent to me to transfer to Exteriors Plus. These steps took a little time due to schedule and complete with strong winter weather and covid 19 protocol, but laborers & materials were scheduled. The whole instillation (Demo & New Roof, some window Screens, Downspout gutters, Window wraps 7 windows, roof vents and Skylight replacement) took about 2.5 days to complete due to some size differences in the gutters, but all was worked out by Andrew.

During this whole process for storm to completion Andrew and I discovered we had a mutual hobby in Duck Hunting and fishing. I would recommend Andrew and Exteriors Plus for any of my home remodeling needs that they can do, and Andrew made a huge negative (Home Damage & Repairs) painless. our neighbors have commented on how quickly it was done properly. thanks again Andrew and Exteriors Plus

My experience with this company was the best. Should be rated 10 stars. Project manager Andy put in many hours guiding me through the claims process and meeting with the claims adjuster three different times in order to get the claim approved. The work was excellent. Clean up was great and in fact after the roofers cleaned up and left, Andy came back and went over my yard with a magnet one more time to make sure there were no nails left on the ground.

Exteriors Plus exceeded our expectations! We had someone from a different company come inspect our roof and siding and he said there was no damage. Thanh came out to do an inspection and we put in a claim and it was approved. Insurance was a pain and was a slow process, they also only wanted to replace a few pieces of siding instead of all of it. With Thanhs help and consistence, we were able to get all of our siding replaced.

Their attention to detail and fast service was incredible. We are so impressed with the outstanding service we received from everyone at Exteriors Plus. Our new roof and siding looks amazing! We highly recommend this company to anyone!

I recently had hail damage to my home in Lonsdale, MN and I had no idea where to start in regards to filing an insurance claim or getting my house repaired. I was lucky my son had a friend that was in the home restoration/repair business. I called Austin Hoops from Exteriors Plus and after speaking with him for 10 minutes my worries were gone. He lead me through the process of not only what he and Exteriors Plus would do, he instructed me on what my responsibilities were.

I did what he told me, and from the first phone call to my insurance company to the last nail put in my house, I had not ONE worry! Amazing how seamless Austin made the process and kudos to the crews that did the work to my house. Everything was on schedule and 100% correct as to what my contract stated. The quality of workmanship was perfect and they cleaned up all there debris and trash etc. upon completion. Austin stayed in constant contact with me through the whole process as the different stages of work were completed.

I wasn't even in town for a lot of the work. That is how thorough they are at Exterior Plus! I recommend Austin Hoops and Exteriors Plus to anyone who may have to file an insurance claim and would have no idea how to start the process. BTW I had my roof re-shingled, a new garage door installed, complete new siding installed, and new gutters installed also. Thanks Austin!

I needed help with a small siding repair - I called Exteriors Plus in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon! They were able to make the repair right then and there. Super fast service! I'll call them again if we need another siding repair/replacement. Highly recommend them!

Exteriors Plus quickly corrected an issue on my roof that was causing improper ventilation. I was impressed with the coordination, knowledge, options, price, and overall execution. I worked with Exteriors Plus to help file a storm claim for my parent's home. Their claim was denied at first by their insurance carrier, but after requesting for a readjustment, a roof replacement was finally approved and we owe it all to our Project Manager, Scott Nguyen for making it possible! Scott was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and made our experience from start to finish seamless.

The project manager and owner were extremely thorough and knowledgeable, while also listening my concerns, advising on potential energy savings (energy audit), and meticulously ensuring everything went smoothly down to the last facet of the work being done. I wouldn't recommend anyone else and feel very blessed and fortunate to have a company I can refer future friends, family, and colleagues to where I know they'll be treated with respect and listened to. Exterior's plus was willing to come out and fix the terrible work that my original contractor did replacing my windows. This is important because I called several places and the none of them were willing to take the project because it was small, and they would not make that much money off of it. It's amazing how many business would turn down a project.

Business is business right? Either way, Exterior's Plus did not hesitate to take the work, and they found so many thing wrong with the previous work done. I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge of what they do, and their willingness to get the work done as soon as possible. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

I was recently asked about my experience and I figured I should write a long overdue review. I had Exteriors Plus restore our home at the time after a 2012 hail storm. They were referred to me by a relative and they have been nothing but an exceptional bunch to work with. I received a warm phone call, offering to come out to my property and inspect our home without any obligation.

At no time did I feel any type of sales pitch or pressure. After about an hour inspection, I was informed that there was some damage, but it would be a 50/50 chance of getting a full replacement, but suggested there was no real reason not to try. They educated me about being in an area classified as a catastrophic zone due to the storm, and that regardless if I made an inquiry or not, that my rates could potentially rise.

So I made the claim and my insurance company set an appointment with me on a weekday during my work hours. I had a choice of rescheduling my appointment with the adjuster to my convenience, or keep my time and have Exteriors Plus represent me. I chose the latter. My Project Manager Quy at Exteriors Plus just had me sign an authorization form that allowed them to represent my home on my behalf.

Upon the inspection with my insurance adjuster and Quy, I was given a scope of work proposal by my insurer, and my Project Manager felt that there was a big discrepancy with what was offered, and what needed to be done. After a few weeks of negotiation, I went from a half roof replacement, to a full roof replacement and vinyl siding to go with. The experience has been painless and the workmanship you can tell they go above and beyond. Thank You Exteriors Plus and highly recommended to anyone!
