Nick is thorough, responsible, respectful, caring, and extremely and impressively knowledgeable about the work he does. I am so thoroughly impressed with him. I have already recommended him highly to a neighbor of mine, and I am sure he will be able to do just a s fantastic a job for him as he did for me. He literally held my hand throughout the process including and especially communicating with the insurance company. AC and his team did an amazing job replacing all of my windows and doors. It was a big job and his crews' workmanship was thorough and impeccable. When you are spending a lot of money on such an important home improvement, you want to feel comfort in who you are working with and their level of professionalism inside and outside of your home. Found this company from the "Best Pick Reports". Just called them and was told they're out of town for a big project, so they couldn't take my order. Just wonder can't even make schedule/appointments after they finished their current job? So why the operator asked all the detail info.: phone#,a ddress, email. If they couldn't accept any new projects? I think they only accept big/expensive projects.

Gregg Bennett is the kind of contractor you want to deal with. All the detail you want, and covers areas you didn't think of. The crew, all business. They worked hard and smart to get a roof completed in less than one day, but it wasn't as much fast as it was non stop. Efficient. They cleaned up before they left and that was a lot of old roofing! The 2 man repair crew from Echols Roofing & Home did a fantastic job! They were very efficient, professional, respectful & clean. They showed up when they said they would & worked all day except for their lunch break. When they came into the house to replace the windows, they did everything w/ minimal noise & w/out leaving a mess. Everything was neatly stored in our garage in the evening when they left.
They redid the whole front of our house, from replacing windows, siding & trim to installing new shutters, to painting it all. The painter was just as good as the work crew and finished in a day and a half. There was no mess, overspray or problem. The brush work & spray we're done w/ expertise just like the work & repairs. In addition, AC and Mark, the owners, were easy to talk to, very accessible, gave us great advice and kept all their promises. We are very satisfied and receive compliments all the time. We highly, highly recommend Echols Roffing & Home!
