My home inspection report recommended we coat the roof within a year of purchase on our new home in DC and we kept putting it off, but when we recently sprang a leak we feared that we'd waited too long. Thankfully Charlie and his company were able to patch the leak and then apply the recommended coating to our roof. Thank you so much!

He arrived on time, he explained in detail the defaults of my flat roof, took pictures and described in further detail what he could do to repair those defaults. Charlie was a pleasure to work with. Charlie came out to look at our roof because of leaking. He gave us a couple of different options to deal with it, and we decided to go with the complete removal and replacement. So that we would not have to deal with it for the next 15-20 years.

Needed an emergency roof repair on our condo building that was causing water leaks into an upper unit and Charles was able to come out within several hours and was able to do the work immediately. He found more of the roof that needed to be repaired, so gave me an estimate for the full scope of work and said to call when the condo decided to fix the rest! Super easy to talk to and he was very knowledgeable.
